There also doesn't seem to be a proper front desk or welcoming environment for new clients, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. If you are truly beginner-friendly, instructors should create a supportive atmosphere instead of making people feel judged for not already knowing studio expectations. Unfortunately, I left feeling discouraged rather than encouraged. I've had much better experiences at LUMIX, where the environment feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely inclusive for all levels.
