I came here with my friends was very good. The Julian was very nice. Very, very outgoing overall a good vibe for a table. He is a very good server and I would say nicks should definitely give him more praise. The pizza wasn't the great but not the worst they just had a different spin on true margarita pizza but the cookie dessert was absolutely delicious would go again for the dessert, pizza wasn't ok dessert amazing

This was one of my favorite places for pizza when we lived here. When we are in town we try to make sure we stop in. Today we had a group of 12 people. We all ordered pizza and beer nuggets as an app. The pizza was as great as I remember!! Love Nick's!!

This is sausage and bacon small... Which is only 9 inches. It should be called a mini pizza not a small.

Literally the worst! I ordered a small sausage and bacon, fried shrimp and a salad. 5 shrimp for 15.95 (( it's not gold) ) cocktail sauce was so sweet. Pizza had 2 slices of bacon . The salad wasn't bad... but not worth $6.50. I do have to say the girl at the counter was so nice. Thats why I gave it a 2 star $36.00 I would've been better off making a tombstone. It would've tasted a whole lot better.

Went to Nick's Pizza and Pub for an early dinner while in the area. I previously stopped here for carry out but this was my first time dining in. The inside is log cabin themed with tons of comical taxidermy wild animals. They have the classic peanut offering upon arrival but DON'T throw your shells on the ground. The menu is straight forward but the pizza is definitely the highlight. Once we sat, we ordered two beers and our pizza, classic thin crust cheese. Our pizza came out in about 15-20 minutes as the restaurant wasn't crowded. Disappointment is an understatement. The crust was thin like we like but very dry. The cheese on top is mozzarella but could benefit from some dimension. Sauce was ok but needed more to counteract the crust. The pizza overall looked undercooked as well. I asked for a side of ranch which I could tell was homemade, but not a good sign if a "famous pizza" needs a sauce to taste better. Sad to say we will be skipping making a pit stop next time.

The food was all good - Pesto Chicken, Build Your Own Burger & a 12" Mexican Pizza. Had leftovers of the pizza to enjoy the next day. The jalapeños are a great addition to it. Our waitress Alice was great! They don't let you drop the peanut shells on the ground any more but they still serve peanuts. The only complaint would be the price of a 23 ounce Blue Moon - $9.25.

LOVED IT! Pizza, appetizers & peanuts! Great service & the friendliness staff as well, we truly felt at home. Will most definitely be back here again & again & again. Thanks to the manager as well who gave us a first timer's coupon for our next visit :) PS- fries could use some seasoning, but other than that... LOVED IT! Thanks Nicks :)

This is our favorite ultra-thin crust pizza place. We love sitting at the rustic bar to share a pizza and a brew.

I'll try to be short, but want to give a true account of the events. Yesterday I came from the city via Metra late afternoon with another friend to visit a dear friend that moved to Cary a few years ago. Cary is far & we rarely see one another. Needless to say, we were super excited to for this mini-reunion & for our friend to show us a slice of Cary. It was not the best planning being St Paddy's weekend but so be it. We specifically looked for a place we could easily talk & catch up. We started w/ one chocolate martini at Cucina Rustica and chatted OVER an HOUR. Little did we know, we should have stayed there. Next stop, Cary RACIST Ale House. The back area lounge was nearly empty & we were assured it was open (not booked for any events). The waitress, at the start aggressively asked a bunch of questions. I first thought her line of questioning was bizarre so I ignored her while trying to figure out what to order. She asked how we got there, who was driving & specifically said she didn't feel comfortable in serving me. WTF?!?!? My friend politely answered her questions and when she left, we all agreed the waitress's behavior was odd & laughed it off. We refused to have her ruin our evening. To our SHOCK the waitress would NOT serve me?! Only me! Was I disruptive? NO! Was I being violent or doing something illegal? NO! Did I come in stumbling? NO! Was I slumped over passed out? NO! This was crazy! Check your security cameras if you don't believe! Was this a bad twilight zone episode? Was someone going to tell us this was all a joke? I was speechless. We asked her why. She said it was a management decision. What?! Interesting since no one came to talk to us aside from her. We asked her to explain, to get some understanding. You will NOT believe what she said....she said it was my eyes. I looked at my two white friends & asked if something was wrong with my eyes? No, nothing is wrong. WOW, she basically said my Asian eyes were an issue. Falsely claiming I was drunk and couldn't be served because she didn't like Asian-looking eyes?!?! I was stone cold sober ***hole! We were all completely sober & flabbergasted! Completely disgusted, we left. I thought about brushing this aside but I wouldn't want anyone else to be treated that way. I will not allow them to humiliate me. This was supposed to be a happy occasion, and it was spoiled by a bigoted, small-minded person. I don't know how these people can live with themselves.

The Cottage is one of the long time favorites for locals. A lot of great drinks and unexpectedly great food. You can find meaty and vegetarian options including burgers, fish, and pizza. Basically we weren't expecting much from this bar. It's mostly like a sports bar, cluttered inside. The food was to be an afterthought, we thought. Actually looks like a cottage inside. Lots of wood fixtures and paneling. It's about $12 for cocktails. Seasonal ones include margaritas for summer, toddys for winter. It's about $18 for a pizza. We got the Veggie Pizza, which has green peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and tomatoes. Also there's Mexican options including burrito bowls and fajitas. There's even vegan chorizo as a topping. Great options in this bar that's better than typical bar food. It's got a rotating menu with lots of things added for the season. This is located on Crystal Lake Avenue at Walkup.

The white cheddar cubes with a breaded coating appetizer was very tasty, especially when I added their homemade ranch dressing. You can always sub out the wild rice for pasta. This dish comes with a side salad or cup of soup as well. The clam chowder was pretty good.
