She knows squat about autobody repair. Her job is to tell you 'Not today but I can make an appointment'. OK you make an appointment. Weird but if that's the way they want to do it. Now come back several days later at the date/time of your 'appointment' and the elderly lady will tell you to go sit on the beat up, taped up sofa. Now time passes, five minutes, ten minutes, fifteen minutes. You still have not seen a single soul about the repair you want done. You are an invisible ghost. The elderly lady mutters something on the phone and a guy comes out and asks her 'Is his car in the parking lot?... gazing out towards employee parking area. At that point I get up and leave. These people have no intention of doing business with you. They want you gone! You are a nuisance. How do they decide? How the customer is dressed? The type of vehicle they drive? Don't waste your time. Go where your business is appreciated.

These two gentlemen went above and beyond to help me. At a beyond reasonable price I might add. I had a fuel line leak, and it was explained to me clearly what my options were and they respected my decision and had it fixed while I waited. Many other customers came in while I waited, and I watched them go the extra mile for each and every one of them. You know the type: overzealous, loud, too friendly, too chatty... he was relaxed, pleasant, very patient, informative without plowing me over with too much information, and generally just very down to earth. And props to Premier for hiring a tattoo'd Californian . I think it's great when a company doesn't get hung up on someone's past or personal tastes (within reason of course.) I could see his small tattoos on his hand and even though the shirt sleeve went down to the wrist, could tell he was hiding quite a few more. That tells me that this company is willing to hire people based on more than just looks, and I personally love it when ability supersedes appearances. He told me the problem was fixed and left, but shortly afterward the vehicle began leaking fluid again in two different locations. I contacted him immediately, but he did not return to inspect the issue or provide me with a written estimate, receipt, or documentation for the work performed. He had stated that his work came with a 90 warranty, but he did not follow through on returning to look at the issue after I reached out. I had to move the vehicle to a public parking area because the leak continued and the transmission fluid level was extremely low afterward. This was my experience, and I'm sharing it so others can make an informed decision.
