This business is a very good business, and I have never been disappointed there. The food is always quality, very tasty, and I've always been happy with the service. The pizzas and subs are great! However, the one thing I like the most about this establishment is that Nick is a born again Christian. He is closed on Sunday because he believes that families should be together on the Sabbath whether you attend church or not. That alone says a lot. The taste was acceptable but the price for what was delivered to me was outrageous. Over 50 dollars for two people is ridiculous.. for a lotsa meat pizza there was barely any meat. A frozen burger patty was over 8 dollars and that doesn't even come with fries. I can only hope they review and reconsider their prices or at the very least make it worth ordering for the price they are selling it for. As it stands I will not be a returning customer of this establishment. read more

a little expensive for pizza but probably the better pizza in Lancaster. we ate in the restaurant and I'd give the pizza a 7.5/10 . it was really good. ordered pizza for delivery a few weeks later and for some reason it was below average. the crust wasn't crispy and flavorful like dining in. still a pretty good pizza. we will be back again. The pizza was hot and loaded with toppings. My son loves the simple taste of the cheese pizza. We both ate the crunchy garlic cheese bread. I also had half a pizza sub, which was awesome! The service was fast and friendly. The prices were reasonable. Nicks is very casual and what you'd expect from a small pizzeria. read more

Any frozen pizza is better. My last pizza 2 weeks ago delivered wasn't fully cooked, was super light on cheese, have no idea how to describe to style of the crust, and because it wasn't done, I can't say much about the pepperoni. I can say it was pricey for a large pep and cheese that, again, could have been beaten by a frozen Jack's or Red Barron pizza. I'm so disappointed since we plan to get pizza tonight. I know Nick's is closed on Sunday, but if this were a day they were open, we'd take a big pass. Again, I can't emphasize how disappointing our experiences have been. Server was nice and attentive. BUT the food is terrible. Nothing homemade for a diner that was disappointing but they focus on pizza which we did not get. Reuben was tiny and meat was tough as nails. No fountain drinks. For four people our bill was &77. Waaayyy overpriced. Everything was alacart. Sorry we won't be back. read more

This is a great pizza place to go to. The pizza is very well-made and has an abundance of toppings. It's always really fresh and hot. The people who work in there are very friendly and even if you get an order to your house, it's really good. There are a lot of toppings on it but it's cooked still perfectly. Everything that is on. For Lancaster the pizza is pretty good The only problem is if you get more than a couple toppings it is soggy. Partly because they pile on the toppings and you can't fault them for that. The super sub is excellent read more

Humm a breakfast, lunch and dinner diner with a pizza twist. Lots of home made surprises and a nice group of people running it. Seams clean but a little out dated not real bad but a little run down. The bathrooms were out of order both. Really I find this unacceptable. Needs a better AC unit, a little hot. read more

I've only ordered the pizza (delivery) from here, so this is a limited review. I had a pepperoni pizza, traditional crust. The crust was too thin, overly crispy, and too greasy for my tastes. I always set my pizza on a napkin to soak up the grease. Usually, 1/2 a napkin will do it, but each piece took 2-3 napkins to soak it up. I know--maybe I'm too grease conscious--but I like what I like. The flavor was good and the people I dealt with were extremely friendly and polite. Several of my friends swear by Nick's and tell me my experience was not representative of their usual food. I'm going to give them another chance on pizza, and I'll definitely be trying them for subs and other food. read more

The pepperoni pizza had a good taste to it but the crust reminded me of the frozen round crusts you get at Gordon food supply. Staff was excellent pricing was good. A large choice of good-looking desserts. Good place to stop at the get a quick bite. read more

My father and I decided to come here after seeing this on yelp and reading some good reviews. My dad lives down in Lancaster, but hadn't heard of this place before. To be honest I went in for breakfast, but they stopped serving it at 1 and it was a little after 2 when we went there. The pizza smelled pretty good, so we decided to share a large pep,mushroom,and black olive well done. We both love our pizzas well done that's the best way! Lol. We waited about 10 minutes before it came out. , it wasn't really that well done, but we said oh well and dug in the crust was a little thick and airy. I'm usually a thin crust guy, but I do enjoy a nice crispy thick crust every once In Awhile...the toppings though....kind of bland. The cheese didn't have too much flavor and neither did the sauce. The mushrooms and black olives were good. They do large pepperonis and they weren't too bad either. Overall it wasn't bad, but it didn't make me want to come back for more either...I'd say about average..definitely will give their breakfast and subs a try though. read more

So far I have been quite impressed with Nicks. I just recently moved to the area from a large city where you could order almost anything to your doorstep. I was so happy to find Nicks and be able to have more that just pizza delivered to my house. So far my husband and I have tried. The chilli- was yummy with lots of meat. Philly sub- was great! I was very happy with the amount meat and topping compared the other local joints we have ordered from. BLT- it was pretty standard. Gyro-I really liked it! Came wrapped like a large burrito, plenty of everything and very filling. Shrimp Dinner- came with fries and coleslaw. It arrived hot and crispy and the coleslaw was perfect! Hot wings- I ordered a half lb think I received 10 boneless wings. Plenty sauce and crispy. Cheesy bread- pretty standard made from a sub roll with plenty cheese (both mozzarella and cheddar). Pizza- thick crust so very filling. Sauce was not too sweet or too salty, and pepperoni was yummy. Fried Mushrooms- arrived hot and crispy, and a very nice serving size (I should of asked for a side of ranch to go with them). Chef salad- was a nice big salad with plenty fresh toppings. Beyond all the food what I have liked most about Nicks is the friendly staff. I have only got delivery but the people taking orders have been very polite and made ordering easy. The delivery is always fast, between 25-35 mins. Prices are good! Looking forward to trying one of the burgers next time :) read more

Our favorite pizza joint in Lancaster. The pizza is really good, it has a sweet flavored sauce that is unusual but we like it. The pizza, which we've ordered many, many times, is always consistent. We know what we're going to get. Prices are very good, and there are specials on pizza that make it some of the cheapest pizza in town. We have ordered dozens of times for both delivery and pick up, and we've never been disappointed with the service, food, or overall experience. We've never Dined in at Nick's , but we look forward to doing it sometime. We've also ordered their subs, and those are great also. read more
