I also think the front register needs stronger customer service. The person at the register is representing the business, and when a customer brings up a legitimate concern, it should be acknowledged professionally. Having someone more mature or better trained handling checkout would make a big difference. Overall, the barbecue is moving in the right direction, but the sides, posted pricing, and customer service still need attention.
