The front desk staff are smiling and friendly, the office is clean and bright, full of toys and happy pictures on the wall for kids. In the treatment room, there are comfortable chairs for parents to sit in, big rooms with private bathrooms. My dental insurance would require me to drive 40 miles to another state for my son to see a pediatric dentist. Not doing that. So glad my friends told me about this place. All online reviews rave about this place. We were early, waited only 3 minutes to be brought back, were seen early, two helpers to explain everything and the dentist gave him laughing gas, painted on the numbing cream, put in the lidocaine shots without my son even knowing, wedged the two rotten molars loose and used the pliers to pull them both out, placed the clotting medicated dissolving dot in the holes and put gauze in there. All in about 10 minutes. Very impressive. Our appt was scheduled for 9:30, we went back around 9:11 and everything was done at 9:34. Amazing. No pain ever for my son. He needed extra laughing gas and lidocaine. I think cause he's red headed. That's a thing. She listened to him and gave him extra so he wouldn't have pain at all. My son isn't traumatized at all. I'm so incredibly happy with the whole process. Front desk sends electronic super bill to your insurance for you so you don't have to do it. This place is AMAZING!!

He told me, "It's been two years of pandemic and they're all vaccinated." He said he's that like everybody is sick of the pandemic and we just need to move on! What?!? Yes, (nearly) two years of time we could have all been masking and maybe shortening this horrific experience. "I know three people who have had breakthrough cases, " I said. "If you don't care enough about my health to make everyone here wear a mask, then we don't have anything to do here." He said, "Then we have nothing to do here." And I left. If he so much as mentions my visit to my insurance company, I'll have him charged with fraud. I am livid!!!!

He wasn't biting into anything or eating anything hard, it just fell out. A couple of weeks later he went in for his permanent crown, and the next day the whole thing came out along with a big part of his tooth. He's 88, on a fixed income, and paid $1500 for the crown. When he went back, they said they couldn't do anything about his crown, and it wasn't their fault it fell out, so basically too bad, he's out $1500 and has nothing to show for it. They even kept the crown they made so he couldn't even go elsewhere to see if another dentist could do anything with it. He did offer to do a bridge and put the $1500 toward the cost, but that would be an additional ~$2500, and after reading other reviews I don't believe Dr McCreary is very good at crowns or complex procedures. I don't recommend this office.
