We came here on the night of our 5 year anniversary, and then we came back the following morning for brunch. The wait staff was super nice, funny and were very prompt with everything we ordered. The place was clean, the decor is nice and it just has a relaxed feel when you step inside. We ordered a bunch of different things, as we wanted to try out as much as we could from this new restaurant. The garlic parm wings were absolutely delicious! The biscuits and gravy were incredibly flavorful and the biscuits soft in texture. My husband got the chicken friend steak and it was also very flavorful! We will be back! read more

Why I will never be back: Sunday afternoon we stopped in for a couple of sandwiches and beers. After ordering the beer and sandwiches, the beer arrived shortly but the food took quite a while. No one else in the bar had food coming out, but we were about to go up to the bar to ask if our order had been submitted when the food arrived. My wife had the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. The soup was not even close to hot, so she took it back to the kitchen to warm it up. She then finished her sandwich and the soup had still not been returned. It finally came back and she asked that it be taken off the bill, since she had planned to eat the sandwich and soup together. I then held my credit card in the air for some time before someone came over and we reminded him that the bill should be adjusted for the soup fiasco. The bill came back and of the soup and sandwich item ($14), $1.40 was removed. We questioned that small discount when 1/2 of the dish had significant timely delivery problems. The server asked if we would like to talk to someone else and we did. Our original server, who we had not seen since he took the food order, argued with us on what we had experienced and his lack of ability to make any adjustments. As a result no tip and we will never return for the poor, cold food and atrocious customer service. You can be sure we will be sharing our experience with all our friends. Went here for breakfast on Saturday. Service was excellent and love the ambiance of the bar. I had the veggie benedict which was delicious, their hashbrowns were very unique! My boyfriend was very excited to get the Monte Cristo. Unfortunately the bread was underdone and it was too doughy for him to eat. So I decided to give this place a try. You have to be 21 to dine. The set up was very spacious, dark, and chill vibes. The service was great. We watched the bartender, a tall white guy work in the bar and then later started chatting with a smaller white guy with a pony tail.. Then they were just hanging out and chatting behind the bar.. Bar is real cool, nice vibe and FAR FAR less sketchy then a number of other spots i stopped by on my Saturday night in Olympia. Great live music and decent spot to watch a game. Service very bad though. At a bar with 3-4 people at the bar top you will get ignored, ignored and then ignored some more. Bar tender K. Something seemed pleasant but spent a lot of time sitting in the booths beside the bar with customers who appear to be her friends, chatting with other friends to the side, or joking around with other customers that I can only assume are off duty staff (or ex-staff) and they go behind the bar to pull their own drinks. All this unfortunately left non regulars like myself and a few other sitting with an empty glass for 15-20 mins. With staff even remotely interested in serving customers this place could be fantastic, it is already a gem in my opinion (great job Nicole if you are actually a real person :-), just need bar tenders interested in serving customers and selling drinks and this place is #1. read more

Fun bar in downtown. They have done a great job with the interior and social distancing. Drinks were tasty and my companions loved their brunch. I did not like mine, my biscuit was rock hard so knocking a star off for that. Its not a good idea when they have to bring a steak knife for biscuits and gravy. We did have a good time. Tonight it was my husband's sandwich, so frustrating. Another thing they are known for is bringing your appetizer out at the same time they bring your dinner. Do they not know what appetizer means? When they brought out our appetizer tonight I asked for little plates to go with it, I'm sorry we are out of those now, I will bring you some when I have some. They need to hire more staff. I felt bad for the servers who seemed to have to run table to table to keep up with everything which made for long waits to order drinks and food and to get the check. The reason for one star though was the food. The Mac & Cheese was more like a soup with soggy macaroni and some melted cheese on top. Terrible. The fries were limp, soggy and lifeless. The club tasted good, but I'm still feeling sick with stomach cramps the next day. Seems like they spent all their money to make the place look trendy and don't know what Oly Underground did: the quality of the food and the service make places like these worth going to. Huge portions, tasty food...totally satisfied. Well...here's how you mess up a night of great service. I asked a different waitress for a round of drinks for our large group.
