The wall started to lean slightly within 5 years as it was not built with drainage in mind. This time around, I wanted the retaining wall build the right way. I called Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping to get an estimate because I prefer someone local and was pleased with their online reviews. Carlos arrived as scheduled to write up the estimate. He immediately suggested re-using the blocks since they seemed to be in decent condition and would save money. I met with another company the day prior and was originally planning on getting a 3rd estimate. After getting Carlos' very reasonable estimate and asking a few question regarding timeline, I approved the estimate and was ready to move forward. Just 3 days later, the work started and was finished just 4 days later with a Sunday and a rainy Monday that was a wash out. I was so pleased since this has been on my todo list for the last several years and relieved to have it done correctly. My neighbor was also pleased to get part of his yard back. I highly recommend Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping for any outdoor project. You won't be disappointed. I plan on calling Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping again in a couple of years for driveway and walkway pavers.

We hired Classical Pavers to hopefully resolve all our issues, and boy did they deliver. These guys are true landscape engineers! They uprooted the previously installed pavers, flawlessly re-pitched and graded the base, planned for all the possible drainage issues that might come up, and completely cleaned the pavers and property of any remnants of their work. After initially contacting them, they were onsite with in 24 hours to make an assessment. They followed up with an email estimate at a fair price by the end of the day. They scheduled the work to be completed within a week. Unfortunately, bad weather prevailed but they kept me up to date as to when the work would be completed. I was pleased with the end results which was a massive cleanup, cutback, clearing and removal. It was accomplished with a 6-man team. They worked in a no-nonsense professional manner. I was expecting it to take two days, but Two Brothers said that they could complete the work in less than 1 day and they did! They had all of the necessary tools, equipment and vehicles to complete the job in a professional manner. The fill in between them in not done evenly and it is overfilled and underfilled in certain areas. I had dirt leaking everywhere during rain because they made the one retaining wall way too low. They also cut corners and used my fence to hold a lot of dirt weight and I'm worried that will be an issue in the future if there is a storm that takes out the fence on that side. There were proposed changes made to the project and I kept asking with each change I asked for what it would cost. Instead of giving me an answer, he kept saying he would let me know, he would let me know. Fast forward to the end and instead of letting me know they completed the work. Imagine getting an additional bill for $11,000 on top of the $27,000 we agreed upon. A 40% increase. Then he tried to charge me an additional $1900 on top of what he had put in writing. Get everything in writing before they do anything or you will have a surprise.

Lets talk about the work: The group shows up ON TIME. Jay was constantly checking in and on site. The team truly cares and takes their time. They build things that last, select products that will withstand time, and take the time to explain what's happening. Things to Consider: If you're on a really tight timeline, they work extremely hard but our project has stretched way longer than we anticipated due to product delays, changes in scope (our fault), only working on certain days due to conflicting projects, etc. Overall - we love Jay, his team, and they feel a part of the family at this point. I am not happy with the work they have done on my pavers- we are looking for them to make it right. Still waiting after 5 weeks; I am not the only one with paver work issues they have performed.

I would give WeatherX zero stars if possible…read more I hired WeatherX to pressure wash, sand, and seal my patio. The finished result was unacceptable. The joints were uneven and still had old material/debris visible, there were missed areas, streaking/staining, and multiple sections looked worse after the job than before. This was not just my opinion. Ricky came to my property the following Wednesday, inspected the patio himself, and acknowledged that the work was unacceptable and that something went wrong with the install. He told me he would come back that Saturday with his crew to redo everything. No one showed up. My property cameras confirm that no crew came. My follow-up calls and texts were then ignored again. The only time I was able to reach him was when I called from a different number. At this point, I do not trust WeatherX to perform or correct this type of work. I am hiring another qualified contractor to inspect and repair the patio, and I will be pursuing recovery of the correction costs. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend WeatherX for patio/paver pressure washing, sanding, or sealing.

Job was completed before the start of winter before we actually moved in for gutter cleaning and power washing. Noticed that they did not have a tall ladder (we have a split level) but didn't think anything of it because I thought maybe they have fancy tools or what not to clean the gutters. We have gutter guards and were told by WeatherX that the guards are working because the gutters are very clean. We took their word for it and never actually checked that the work was done. Well fast forward a few months, now that we're moved in, the gutters were gushing water from the top during a rain storm. Our neighbor was kind enough to come check for us and when he removed guard, see image attached for what he found. And don't tell me this accumulated in 3 months in the dead of winter with no trees around. Regarding the power washing, house looked aesthetically clean from the outside, but we noticed water on the inside of the house in one of the windows after the cleaning so I reached out to them immediately. I never heard back from them. Grant it they were very responsive when I was booking them and then they ghosted me. They also promised me an emailed invoice post cleaning and got nothing. So, there's my two cents. Hope you have better luck with them then me.
