I am so glad I got to see Nifty Balloons in action for a birthday party I attended this past weekend at the Cerritos Public Library. The quality in the balloons they created were excellent! And the best part is ... all the kids and adults enjoyed their talent as well. They made wearable balloons, which I've never seen before and thought it was genius! For example, they had a TMNT shell that a boy can wear like a backpack to look like a real Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle! We were fortunate to experience the magic of Nifty Balloons at the grand opening celebration of the Disney Store at the Century City Mall. Normally I bypass long lines for kid stuff, but the balloon creations I saw kids walking away with were so impressive and varied that I decided it had to be done. It was a super hot day and the balloon table was in direct sunlight - I was impressed at how the balloon artists just kept smiling and chatting and working away. Child decided she wanted a Princess Leia headband. I was a bit skeptical because usually people don't translate well into balloons, but these guys really have their art down. The woman drew the faces, and they were all super cute and anime style. Child loved her Princess Leia headband and people kept stopping to compliment her on it. The other thing that impressed me was that the next day, the balloon headband looked just as good with no noticeable shrinking. Would definitely consider booking these guys for a birthday party or other special event. read more

I was lucky enough to see them in action during a banquet for at-risk youth. I can not stress how AMAZED I was to see them at work. They created what I would consider masterpieces out of balloons. The theme was Circus at the banquet and the life size SRONG MAN, ELEPHANT & CLOWN left me in aww of their craft. I honestly have never seen balloon art in this way. They were very professional and personable. They engaged well with the youth and the adults. They had people laughing at their designs and wanting some of their creations to show off. They made very lovely head pieces for the girls to wear and provided some of the boys with a balloon creation of their liking. I fell in love with these two as soon as they walked in! They were dressed so cute and were so nice. All the kids loved their balloons. What I loved about them was they won the adults over as well.
