I have been coming for over two years to their shop, but today was the final straw. He was rude and lectured me about questioning him and then at the end tells me that they're glad that I am there. I do not appreciate being lectured when I am the customer and was just trying to be helpful and pleasant. I will no longer be patronizing this shop. There are so many nail shops in the area. It's not worth it to find one where the owner can be so rude depending on his mood. Also, I should mention he doesn't do a great job. He did a very perfunctory massage and tried to remove my calluses, even though I paid for a hot wax pedicure.

Before finding this place getting my nails done was so stressful because I had to constantly monitor the quality of any place I went, and keep an eye on what they were doing. And it defeated the purpose of the self care ritual because it made me so anxious. That's not the case here. I trust Tim and Alina to a fault! I can zone out or enjoy conversation. And actually enjoy the self care ritual, relax. I always know my nails will look amazing. I recently asked for a design for my vacation and Tim went all out. I've never gotten so many compliments in my life. And not only was the design good, but when I was too lazy to go back to get my nails redone for a full month, they lasted without issue. All the other place I've tried in AZ, before finding this place, the nails are coming apart after a week or two. These looked brand new (minus grow out) for a full month. Mine was fabulous but I could tell by looking at my husband's face his wasn't up to par. I asked him later about it, he said he barely got the leg massage, it was so light he couldn't feel anything. His whole thing lasted a total of 15 minutes. If you look on their website it says 35 minutes. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

They told us they put us on the books for 4pm. We arrived at 4 and were seated right away all next to each other. We all got different pedicures and every one of us had a GREAT experience! We about 10 minutes into the service we got a menu for complimentary drinks. The drink options were mocktails, sodas, water, and mixed drinks with champagne. I personally got a mocktail called the sunrise Morrison which was DELICIOUS! My mom and daughter upgraded to the mint lemon pedicure which includes lots of upgrades, they pour milk on the legs to nourish, do callus removal, a mint sugar scrub on the legs, lemons squeezed on the feet and legs, and cucumbers. Helen was my pedicurist, she was nice quick and payed attention to detail, Queen did my daughter pedicure and was so sweet and thorough. Tom took care of my grandma who suffers from neuropathy and arthritis in her feet and she didn't complain or have to correct him once (which is rare because she is very vocal if something hurts or is not feeling right and seems like everywhere else gets some critique from her but not this time) the nail salon was not too loud, we could all talk to each other and hear each other but there is music on it's just at the right volume

After a few minutes, I was greeted by a much older woman, probably in her 70s. She brought me over to the pedicure station and proceeded to fill the basin with extremely hot water. She then showed me a list of the types of pedicures available. She pointed to my feet and said something then pointed to the most expensive one they have. I then told her that I wanted the basic one (lowest cost). She then pointed to the middle one. I told her no I wanted the basic one. She scoffed and went to the back to get supplies. When she came back, she proceeded with my pedicure. It was unlike any pedicure I've ever had. She asked me if I wanted the nails trimmed and I said yes. She then cut them very short and uneven. There was no room for correction without cutting them even shorter to a painful length. So I had to let it go . She paid no attention to my cuticles or nail root. The foot scrub consisted of one brush across my foot (this is no exaggeration, it was literally one stroke)! The nail polish application was also disappointing. It was applied very sloppily, showing brushstrokes and bubbles. I'm a pretty easy-going person and do not expect perfection from others, especially when selecting the lowest cost item. However, I still expect some effort and pride in workmanship. It was obvious that this woman was trying to teach me a lesson for selecting the lowest cost item. If that's not the case, well, I am certainly glad I didn't waste my money on the most expensive one! When we got to the register, she ran me up and then asked if I had a punch card. I told her I did not. She then handed me one, but didn't bother to stamp it. By this time, it was clear they had no interest in me, returning it as a customer, so I left the card on the counter and left. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

They did not start until about 2:45 when she finally got to see me she started talking on the phone with someone for a while and told the person oh if they ask about me, don't tell them who I am. Tell them I moved and you don't know me and all sorts of shady stuff, not appropriate and then in the middle of filing my nails she just stands up leaves to go give someone else her keys ....mid filing my nails! And comes and sits back down during this time she had messed up the shape of my nails I have gel X nails she changed the shape of the nails to the point that by changing the shape back, it will be become extremely short.so I need a new set. She also continuously filed the skin around my nails, so 5 different fingers are raw and sore, and she kept telling me to relax, but I couldn't relax because she kept filing my skin, not even my nails, my skin around my nails at the end I was trying to leave and I was going to pay for the service, even though it was terrible and she got very agitated saying you don't like it and I said "well no it's not exactly what I wanted but it's not a big deal they will grow out and I will get them fixed later " I was still gonna pay for the service and she said well then you should've told me and I stated "I tried to, but you were on the phone and then you left and then she continue to shorten them while not talking to the other staff and not responding when I was saying excuse me" she continued yelling at me for not continuously interrupting her phone call whenever I was trying to politely . Service (5/5): Compared to other nail salons I have to say that the quality of the service and massage was much better and value. I had a basic manicure and deluxe pedicure. The callus removal was the best I have had in comparison to other locations where I have opted for the highest package. The only thing missing is the wax, but that isn't much value for me. Service Space (3/5). The decor and the equipment is a bit more dated compared to other nail salons in the area. However, the chairs for the pedicure were more comfortable here in my opinion. Experience (5/5): the team here Tiffany and Lily were amazing. They really did a fantastic job. Price (5/5): The price is about 8-12 dollars less expensive than other comparable salons but the service is amazing. They have a robust à la carte menu so you can customize your services more easily. Will definitely be a go to place for services for me. Woukd highly recommend.

I have been visiting this salon almost monthly for my mani/pedi needs. I always get a gel set for…read moreboth, and now, for a second time in a row I am learning that the quality of the services is just not worth it (I wanted to believe the first time was a one-off). The language barrier is a huge issue. Though while I understand that it's not the fault of the technicians, it is extremely difficult to communicate needs and expectations as a customer. 1. During the removal of my last gel set, I insisted to my technician that I was not comfortable getting the old gel drilled off as the last time they did it, my nails came out brittle and ended up breaking soon after the service. Isn't gel polish usually removed by sitting wrapped in acetone and foil for a few minutes anyway? She refused to hear my concerns and insisted my nails will be okay. Honestly, this is when I should have got up and left. I'm upset I didn't. 2. I came in with a manicure inspo photo (a french tip with stars over it) and my technician fussed with me the entire time I was seated for my service because SHE was not happy with the color. We reached a point where I grew uncomfortable with having to reassure her that it was what I wanted that I ended up changing colors altogether. Looking back, I'm really frustrated that I let that happen, but there is no reason I should have been driven to do that while getting my nails done. Not even a week following this appointment,my nails are thin and weak, even with a gel layer, and one of my nails is even about to rip off because of how fragile it is now. The older woman that does pedis will continue to grind and not even apologize for hurting you. The nail tech ground/filed my fingers in so many places that I still have pain and abrasions after 3 days! I didn't get my polish done bcuz I simply wanted to leave! This was an awful experience and I don't recommend this establishment.
