Lily did a really nice job! She was great to work with and made me feel comfortable. She took a lot of pride in her work. The salon has reasonable prices. I do feel that it could be updated in terms of decor though and maybe a good scrub all around mainly floors and walls. I am glad I stopped in for a pedicure today. read more

The quality of the job was good, however, I feel scammed. They charged $60 for my 7 yrs old daughter's mani and pedicure, even though it was written a different price on the menu for kids. When I asked about it, pricing became very confusing. I feel cheated on the experience and pricing . read more

This place is next door to Iron courts and planet fitness so it is very convenient to stop by on the way to sports and get my nails done. They were also very welcoming unlike most nail places I have gone before. I ended up trying out pink ombré nails which were dip gel with nail tip to make my nails just a tad bit longer and it turned out awesome! These will be great vacation/summer nails. I loved it. I also did a pedicure and I was satisfied. I had a good experience and will go back again in future. read more

Love love these folks in this shop!!! The Sisters who work here are really nice. I stopped in one day and had them write down the cost, as nail shops these days really price gulge and before you know it, you'll be spending $200 on nails... no, Thank you! I learned my lesson after going 3 different places overspending on nail jobs that weren't even fancy nor did any have bling hanging. Anyway, this place honored their prices written out for me even though, they told me that the prices were not correct prices( that was written) a week prior. Exactly why I stopped, to have them write it. I'm not a cheap person but, I'm definitely not spending almost $150-$200 on nails each time I go... hexx no!!! If I were a teenybopper maybe... but I'm a Senior citizen now (although, I don't look it). Thanks guys for honoring your written rates and for doing a great job!!! 1. Came in with my two daughters and asked if they could take us for regular pedicures and they said "Yes right away"... took over 40 minutes of just sitting with our feet in scalding hot water. We ended up literally walking out because we had other things scheduled. 2. They were horribly unattentive so much so that the water in my bath overflowed all over the ground. 3. It smelled like SEWAGE and there were flies buzzing around the whole time. It was so so horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I don't appreciate being told what I should tip by the manager/owner. I paid with my credit card and added $15 extra on my card so I could use it to pay for tips and I was told "no, do it for 16 so you can pay 20%. " excuse me?!!! How bold and inappropriate. The dollar I was "short "was already in my purse, waiting to be combined with the credit card extra money.. I was embarrassed, mad and humiliated. I also find the place to be very dirty. read more

They were very very rude to my daughter! As soon as the owner found out, my daughter didn't want gel, which was $15 more she started being rude, jerking my daughter's hand around and speaking abruptly to her. We will not be back to this place, ever! read more

I booked an appointment, get here and they tell me at first I don't have an appointment. I said i called and they said fine but I have to wait. I normally go to a different nail salon but decided to try a different place. They were not friendly and that is huge for me when I am going somewhere and getting services done. I will not be coming back and will be sticking with a different nail salon. Oh, and I asked twice if they could turn down the water temp because it was extremely hot while I was getting a pedicure and she finally did after the second time asking. read more

Wow. I've never experienced actual pain and damage from a pedicure! I was having callus removal and the technician wasn't paying attention and ran the tool along side my foot. Its very painful, and it's hard to walk. I show the technician, Susan, the damage. I was thinking maybe she shouldn't have charged the extra $5.00 for the callus removal....but she did. read more

I would've given them a decent rating since I did receive a decent dip manicure and pedicure. My issue I have is the people that work here. I always go to nail salons and pretend that I don't understand what they're saying just to see how "bad" they are with what they say. I literally had 2 of the people working there comment on my hair, stating I'm wearing a wig and when I retied my ponytail she said oh it's real hair. And the guy there had the nerve to say oh it looks like she shaved her head, I hear that lesbians do that. 1. I have some minimal hair loss due to a disease I have and I'm not fucking bald nor shaved my head. 2. I'm not a lesbian, but even if I was, why the hell is that an issue? As I was getting ready to leave, he had the nerve to say oh she's so disgusting I can't even look at her. What the actual fuck?! I'm never ever coming back. I've never experienced such unwarranted criticism and hateful speech directed at me. I don't recommend coming here. Fake smiles but they talk shit about you since you don't understand. Don't go here and don't support this business. Also, I did not say or do anything rude to any of the people that worked there before these comments were made. I have been coming here for 4 years since my knee surgeries. My wife insisted I come in since I couldn't reach my feet and she wasn't going to touch them. As a marriage saver I have been getting regular pedicures and my feet are so much better. It always nice to relaxin a massage chair and get things taken care of. They are always pleasant and happy to see us. I'm typing this right now as I am here. Great place. read more

Please do not go here. This is the worst place, the nail tech was cutting my toe nails with a cuticle trimmer, she didn't actually trim my cuticles, or do a basic pedicure properly. The rested my leg on a block covered in duct tape! She then rinsed all the tools off in cold water while my feet were soaking. They left my feet soaking in cool water, I had to ask multiple times for it to be warmer. I should of known better when they had room for a walk in. The massage chairs are bad and the place isn't all that clean. Really hoping I don't get an infection read more

I liked my pedicure, the chairs and great and Holly or Lilly ( one did my names and one did my toes) did great. Polish didn't last more than a week and a half tgo and usually my pedicures last at least a month. Two of my nails broke with in a week. There's also a black mark on one of them which tells me they lifted and water set in there. Powder should not lift this way. There was communication issues with the one doing my nails, charged 10$ more than told over the phone. I suspect they played it off as communication issue but really she was annoyed she had to spend a good amount of time filing my gel off. As she did it, she shook her head lol and so obviously I could tell she wasn't excited to do my nails. With them hiking the price at the end this was the most expensive dip powder fill I've ever had and they didn't even last. Also, shaping was a little off. My nails usually last me 4 to 6 weeks. Sadly, I'll have to keep looking for a new place. This place is also pretty run down and not a great selection of colors,or good quality colors. read more

I called ahead to make appointments for my and my two daughters, there was a misunderstanding and they were short staffed, that is understandable but I get dip to save my nails and she took this off by using a nail tip and literally RIPPING my real nails, my oldest daughter sat in the pedicure for over a half hour and then was taken out to do her nails before the pedicure, every one of us left with numerous cuts on finger nails and toe nails and uneven nails except my youngest daughter, hers were even, however she had dip so thin both her thumb nails fell off before the night was over. Very disappointed. read more

I've been come here since they opened, and have never had a bad experience. I don't get to treat myself very often, but the staff remembers me even if a year has gone by. They are kind and considerate and consistent with their work. My daughter and I are lifers! read more

Terrible service! Terrible work! The nail tech did not file or shape my nails, when i asked her why she shaped them so poorly she replied, " It's how your nail is growing." I was mortified! So I asked the other nail tech to look at her work, extending my nails and he replied, "i would've done the same thing." I could not believe this, they gave me my money back including the tip i had given her initially. They told me not to come back as I was leaving the store. I want to make this clear, I was not argumentative nor did I expect my money back, all I wanted was my nails to be pretty. I am a hard working mom with 4 kids, I truly was hoping to get some compassion, but in return I was turned away. read more

Nope nope nope ! Place is not good! The staff is not friendly to customers or each other! They lack products ( nail colors and supplies) and are apparently very cheap ! I can understand their language and overheard the owners rudely telling the lady that worked on my pedicure ( their employee) to use less products on my $45 pedicure ( when she barely used any to begin with !!!) - the last straw was being told to repeatedly choose another color because the first 3 colors I wanted were almost out and couldn't be used ! I would recommend going somewhere else with better service and quality products for the same price - so BAD read more

I did as I said I would, and I gave them another chance, and they did a great job! The place was much less busy (we were out in an hour, instead of 4), my mom and I were both handled at the same time this time, so that no one was left waiting for the other to finish...and they took extra care to paint my mom's nails in 4th of July colors like she wanted. We did not get the parafin wax treatment this time, so I can't say that I know they wouldn't still give someone else the wax treatment after the nails are painted, to then create bumpy and sticky nails.... But I did have an enjoyable time and everything went as one would expect. I will say though one thing that drives me crazy about this place...they show sports on TV. (Not that I'm against sports), but when I leave my house to go to get my nails done and have a little "woman" time....I don't want to be watching sports while trying to relax! At least give me the home shopping network or something! LOL Other than that....this is a nice place, and they do a good job and have a very nice staff. I will continue to be semi-regular. read more

I can't say that I have been to a lot of nail spa's but I liked this one the best. I can only rate on the pedicure so I can't really say anything about the manicure but my wife and daughter have been repeat customers. My feet are not in the best shape so I am always embarrassed to use slippers or go barefoot in my own house. But after the service, my ladies have told me how smooth they feel. They really worked on removing the rough patches and also gave me a decent massage from knees down. I also have to get my eye brows waxed from time to time so I requested to get that done too. What I like about these ladies is that they also give me a massage around the forehead and orbital bones. That extra touch helps. Like most nail spa's, they have about 4-5 nail stations and 6 massage chairs. The technicians seem nice but I also don't speak Vietnamese but I am fine cause I am getting the service I am paying for. From what my wife tells me, since she pays, they are good prices for manicures and pedicures. read more

I highly recommend this place and my nail tech Lily. She did a phenomenal job with my manicure. She's very talented and listens to what I want done. I've only had two pro Mani done and the first one didn't really do that great of a job. QV is by my neighborhood so I decided to try it. I'm glad I did. I'm coming for my second appointment with lily soon and I'm sure she'll be doing a great job again. Picking out my next nail art design now. read more

Terrible staff, especially the "man" who works there is so lady-like gossipy and mean. He has extremely poor manners, gave cold staring obscene looks, bad body language & by cracking jokes in his local language. Horrible customer service & bad work too! My Gel nail polish started coming off in less than a day's time. No wonder this dump has such poor ratings. Went for a regular Mani-Pedi but they kept on insisting to get Gel because that was quicker & more revenue generating for them. I went there a couple weeks ago for a full set. Showed a picture from Yelp, from their salon of what I wanted, got quoted $70, it looked like a lot of work so I thought it was a fair price. Kevin did my nails, told me he'd do something nicer, I was a bit hesitant but decided to see what he did. It was "cute", don't get me wrong but $70 worth of "cute" & what really bothered me is he knew how much I was quoted for the one job...didn't reduce the price at all...it wasn't have the detail....and I feel like he took advantage of me. On a positive note, I loved how thin he made my nails, but I won't be back. read more

Under new management as of April 2014, this salon was bought by Lily (formerly of Obebe Nails) and she's amazing! I've been going to her for years for pedicures, full sets and even an occasional brow waxing. The spa is clean, the designs are great, the staff is friendly and I am always very happy with the results. Definitely worth trying again under this new management if you are in the area. read more

Came here with my daughter because it was close to our house. Sat in the chair for 20 mins before our pedicure was started. The lady doing my daughter was SUPER slow. Toes looked bad! Then did gel manicure and she kept messing up. Will not be back. Go some where else! read more

I never expected to be missing part of my eyebrow as a result that is now not growing back and I have to consider alternatives like microblading so I can fill in the missing hair. Apparently, all of them were newly trained but clearly not well enough. They follow an instruction sheet as they are doing it. As someone who has done lamination many times, the girl who did my lamination said some questionable things during the process. For example, a vital part of lamination is the after care which I received zero information on. I would have been okay with that had my eyebrows been fine. Instead they have thinned out completely and my left is missing a part of the eyebrown that I now have to pencil in every day. It is very clear that they are doing this without solid training in the hopes that it turns out okay. Even when I went back to show them, the second girl had to follow the instruction sheet to see what might have gone wrong and seemed unsure of herself. Super disappointed that I have to now deal with the aftermath of how to get my eyebrows looking back to how they were before.

I'm embarrassed to share the picture of my toe, because I can't put any lotion or anything on the infected toe to prevent worsening, but it has to be included. During my visit, the overall service was also disappointing. I had booked a higher-tier pedicure that included paraffin wax and was told they would try to fit in a manicure if time allowed. I made it clear that I did not need the manicure if there wasn't enough time, but I was assured after my pedicure that there was time for it to be completed. I requested a simple service. No polish, just cuticle care and shaping. The manicure was done in the pedicure chair while I was receiving the paraffin treatment since the tech forgot the paraffin treatment and I had to remind her, which made it physically uncomfortable, as I had to twist and reach across awkwardly. The service itself took about five minutes and was rushed and uneven. I would have preferred transparency if there truly wasn't enough time to complete it properly. I was charged $100 for the services, which means my 'manicure' was $25?! This felt very disproportionate to the quality of the manicure received. I still tipped $20. While I initially considered not leaving a review, the development of a significant infection following this appointment raises serious concerns about sanitation and safety. Please exercise caution before going here. Update: The business responded to my concerns and issued a partial refund. I appreciate their attempt to address the situation.

She then showed me a list of the types of pedicures available. She pointed to my feet and said something then pointed to the most expensive one they have. I then told her that I wanted the basic one (lowest cost). She then pointed to the middle one. I told her no I wanted the basic one. She scoffed and went to the back to get supplies. When she came back, she proceeded with my pedicure. It was unlike any pedicure I've ever had. She asked me if I wanted the nails trimmed and I said yes. She then cut them very short and uneven. There was no room for correction without cutting them even shorter to a painful length. So I had to let it go . She paid no attention to my cuticles or nail root. The foot scrub consisted of one brush across my foot (this is no exaggeration, it was literally one stroke)! The nail polish application was also disappointing. It was applied very sloppily, showing brushstrokes and bubbles. I'm a pretty easy-going person and do not expect perfection from others, especially when selecting the lowest cost item. However, I still expect some effort and pride in workmanship. It was obvious that this woman was trying to teach me a lesson for selecting the lowest cost item. If that's not the case, well, I am certainly glad I didn't waste my money on the most expensive one! When we got to the register, she ran me up and then asked if I had a punch card. I told her I did not. She then handed me one, but didn't bother to stamp it. By this time, it was clear they had no interest in me, returning it as a customer, so I left the card on the counter and left. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

She also continuously filed the skin around my nails, so 5 different fingers are raw and sore, and she kept telling me to relax, but I couldn't relax because she kept filing my skin, not even my nails, my skin around my nails at the end I was trying to leave and I was going to pay for the service, even though it was terrible and she got very agitated saying you don't like it and I said "well no it's not exactly what I wanted but it's not a big deal they will grow out and I will get them fixed later " I was still gonna pay for the service and she said well then you should've told me and I stated "I tried to, but you were on the phone and then you left and then she continue to shorten them while not talking to the other staff and not responding when I was saying excuse me" she continued yelling at me for not continuously interrupting her phone call whenever I was trying to politely .
