He was patient with those who were a little crazy and he played along with the others ramping up the party! He was super accommodating to anything anyone wanted to do or go. They showed up early, and allowed us to extend the bus an extra hour because everyone loved it so much. The prices cannot be beat locally, trust me I priced about 10 of them. The bus is impeccably clean, roomy, no rips or damage on seats. Speaker system and lights were phenomenal. Did I already mention the bus driver was amazing? Floors were super clean nice wood laminate floors. Lots of cup holders and room for coolers. This company is a little hidden gem and I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. After an hour of trying EVERYTHING to get a hold of them they answer a FACEBOOK message from my friend, saying they called and left a voicemail to say they weren't coming. I NEVER received a call and NEVER received a voicemail. Furthermore, as a business owner I would have not given up trying to contact a BRIDE on her wedding day until I spoke with someone in person. So I naturally, I was upset, what bride wouldn't be. I asked for a refund, he said he was "driving another bus at the moment" soooooo you supposedly called me at 10 that day but didn't issue me a refund right away??? So after me threatening to have to take them to small claims court if I didn't get my money back, they stopped responding to me and FINALLY issued my money back then next morning at 5 A.M . they claim they didnt know it was a wedding, lies, I have the E-mail, which Im going to share below, but even if it was a bus to take people out to dinner, what does that even matter??? So , long story short, they completely ruined my night. We had a end time on our venue early with an ticiapti0on of the bus, we had purchased hundreds of dollars of alcohol with anticipation of the bus. BUYERS BEWARE! I used 3 guys and a bus for our wedding on 10/22/22 and they sent us a bus with…read morebroken AC and inoperable windows (only 2 windows could be cracked opened on the entire bus). The bus driver felt so bad as it was 80 degrees out and the bus was extremely hot upon boarding it. She tried to call the company but she got no where. The AC had quit working when she was on her way to pick us up. We were able to help her get the AC going for about 10 minutes before it broke down again. We only had AC for about 10 minutes for the 2 hour bus trip. We had 3 small children on the bus with us and they got extremely crabby from being so hot. We were able to crack a couple of the windows open, however most of the windows would not open and everyone was hot and miserable. We called a few days after the wedding and Stacy with 3 guys and a bus was not compassionate at all. She offered $50 back out of the $800 that we paid. It was rather insulting, we thought maybe she was not understanding the damper this put on our after the ceremony pictures as we had a 20 minute drive to the first stop. We tried to relay this to Stacy a second time and again was offered the $50. We had asked for $200 of the $800 back and asked for the owners contact information after the second time of being offered $50, Stacy then came back and said she spoke with the owner and they were now offering $100. This was a ton of back and forth and disheartening that Stacy AND the owner felt this bad experience was only worth $100 when we paid $800 for a dependable and reliable bus for our very special day. We are leaving this review for the public in hopes to spare someone else of this same experience. If you decide to go with 3 Guys and a bus for your special occasion, I suggest asking them to provide some type of guarantee that you will have heat and AC on the bus, especially if you will be using it for 2 hours like we did. I can't stress enough that If you want to hire someone that is concerned about the outcome of your special occasion, I highly suggest looking into a more reputable company.
