The quote was set and true, the quality of the shirts was great-(swirl tie dye, if you can believe it) but the staff loved them and the public response was positive. I received tracking/shipping information. And when there was a mix up on two shirts -- most likely on my agency's part not the company, Scott called me directly, was very calm respectful and willing to find a solution. The sleeve was completely wrong printed on the front of the sleeve versus the back of the sleeve, and the logo on the front left breast was printed at a different vertical placement different lateral placement and even different angles on a couple of them. Every single one front logo placement was different. Scale of the front imprint did not match the mock up either. Although they admitted not following the notes in the approved design, all they offered was an $87 refund on the imprint of the sleeve of jackets (10.4% discount for now completely unwearable product). Not sure if they are outsourcing to a different screening company that they bought? In any case this is not the kind of company that I will be continuing to do business with.

Unfortunately I had one of the most unprofessional and discouraging experiences with this company…read more I placed a relatively small rush order for embroidery, was guaranteed one date (end of August) and when I called to get an update on the order and when I could pick up the owner told me (just after Fourth of July) that he had bought food for the entire production staff that gave them food poisoning and delayed our order. Being a reasonable person I believed this and waited another THREE WEEKS after the order was delayed a week. Finally I am told all but one item is ready for pickup, I go to pick up and the receptionist shares what I can only assume is the at least partial truth behind the food poisoning lie - the embroiderer had left with little to no notice. Not only was the staff very difficult to get a hold of, when I did get a hold of the owner he lied to me! Anyway fast forward to what is now 3 months later and after many calls to follow up including a promise to mail the final item that they were waiting on receipt of a larger size for, we still don't have that item. The items we do have were done incorrectly all of them in the wrong color and one item completely not what we ordered.
