The T shirt design, albeit simple, had very deep meaning and the short timeframe made it very difficult to find a shop to accommodate my dire need. Hiller's came through for me printing out over 30 shirts within a matter of days. The Shirts came out great and everyone wore the shirts with pride as they made it through the finish line feeling a sense of accomplishment but humbled as we knew the deep meaning behind the shirt related to my best friend who just the previous week lost his daughter after a 5+ year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma. The sleeve was completely wrong printed on the front of the sleeve versus the back of the sleeve, and the logo on the front left breast was printed at a different vertical placement different lateral placement and even different angles on a couple of them. Every single one front logo placement was different. Scale of the front imprint did not match the mock up either. Although they admitted not following the notes in the approved design, all they offered was an $87 refund on the imprint of the sleeve of jackets (10.4% discount for now completely unwearable product). Not sure if they are outsourcing to a different screening company that they bought? In any case this is not the kind of company that I will be continuing to do business with.

While I understand why some businesses operate this way, I personally prefer companies that allow customers to review their order before final payment. What ultimately made me stop using them was the customer service. Communication was inconsistent, orders were sometimes delayed, and I often felt like resolving issues wasn't a priority. I gave them several chances because I like supporting local businesses, but after multiple experiences, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.

I called to inquire because my file was too big to upload to their website. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She told me to email the file and they were able to provide a quote through email. They're response time on emails is very impressive. There was a slight miscommunication on the timing of the order. They had to order the bags which took 2 days, but usually on in stock items it's only a 24hr turnaround. They originally thought these bags were in stock but they apologized and offered other options. They printed on my bags as soon as they arrived and I was able to get it to the birthday girl just in time! The best customer service. Nice quality printing and affordable. I'll be back, thank you!
