Unfortunately I had one of the most unprofessional and discouraging experiences with this company.
I placed a relatively small rush order for embroidery, was guaranteed one date (end of August) and when I called to get an update on the order and when I could pick up the owner told me (just after Fourth of July) that he had bought food for the entire production staff that gave them food poisoning and delayed our order. Being a reasonable person I believed this and waited another THREE WEEKS after the order was delayed a week. Finally I am told all but one item is ready for pickup, I go to pick up and the receptionist shares what I can only assume is the at least partial truth behind the food poisoning lie - the embroiderer had left with little to no notice. Not only was the staff very difficult to get a hold of, when I did get a hold of the owner he lied to me! Anyway fast forward to what is now 3 months later and after many calls to follow up including a promise to mail the final item that they were waiting on receipt of a larger size for, we still don't have that item. The items we do have were done incorrectly all of them in the wrong color and one item completely not what we ordered. read more
