Finally found a pair of shoes that are perfect for me! Kaylee V was awesome! She greeted me at the door, helped me through at least eight try-ons, and checked me out right in the shoe section. No waiting in line. She was very knowledgable about the functionality of the different styles and was never pushy or rushing me. I wasn't sure about Nike honestly but I love my new trainers! Kaylee was very friendly and customer service was great. Glad we trekked to the mall for shoes! read more

I visited the Nike store in North Park today. There was a ton of staff on the floor, yet, it was so hard for me to get anyone's attention. Once I finally did, the girl was rude and not helpful. It was very obvious from the multiple people I tried to get help from that they were not interested. Frustrating, and couldn't wait to get out of the store. I wouldn't suggest coming in this store for help -- Finish Line is tight around the corner. read more

Nike produces some of the best looking and form fitting athletic wear in the trendiest colors! I love coming here and finding great deals!

The store is located in the corridor between Neiman Marcus and Dillards. They have a huge selection of Nike apparel and shoes for men and women. I found some items I have not seen anywhere else. read more

Great selection of products from Nike here. It's not often that you see a full-fledged Nike store in a mall, so this one is greatly appreciated. There aren't a ton of sales here, so everything is generally full price. That being said, Nike puts their best products in these stores, and the far inferior products at their outlet stores. There's a huge selection for men and women here for each sport. read more

This store has a lot of merchandise. I find this store to be very overwhelming, but Luis likes to go in, so we go. There is only (1) toilet in the women's bathroom so it is very private, but I would hate to be the person waiting for that one person to leave. The staff is helpful. We have not bought anything in here yet, but we have walked thru at least twice. read more

Nike Dallas has hands down the best athletic products out! This store has cool down to earth employees and nike id stations for customization on all sorts of fresh gear! This store typically gets products that nike website doesnt offer, thats a huge plus!If I had to mention one gripe is the obvious "rsvp"via twitter to get the exclusive or big releases of sneakers but other than that its a great store! read more

Best shoe experience ever. Walked in, greeted immediately by Terrance who took the time to check the back for the specific color running shoes I wanted. After shoe shopping for 3 weeks, it ended here at Nike Northpark. He opened the box, handed each shoe to me untied and ready to try on. You would be surprised how many shoe stores DONT do that anymore, and especially at Northpark. Excellent experience, will shop here again and I highly recommend you do too! read more

I came here because I needed soccer cleats and running shoes but since I'm in ballet, I decided to ask if they sold ballet shoes. I got made fun of by the associate that was supposedly trying to help. He made fun of my weight and asked if in was in the right store or if I was delirious and then made fun of me asking about ballet shoes and said that ballet is not a sport. I understand that I'm overweight but I can still do sports. I can still do ballet and run. I've worked hard to lose as much excess weight because running has actually helped me with my asthma and with dealing with my depression. As far as ballet not being a sport, I wonder if he's ever been in ballet, spent hours breaking in new shoes and practicing. Probably not. I walked away after asking him if he knew a sports store I could buy what I needed from but he just laughed. I walked away and went to Academy Sports and Outdoors where they helped me and directed me to a dance store where I ended up getting a discount. I was actually congratulated by the staff member at AS&O for my hard work after they actually showed interest in what I was doing and in helping me find the right shoes. Never coming back to this Nike store. They obviously need to teach their employees to actually help and not make fun of customers. read more

Came here to exchange the shoes I bought online on sale for a pair that aren't so obnoxiously white. The whole mall was crowded because it was the last weekend before Christmas, luckily, Jodi G was already going and was getting a validation for valet on her errand to the mall. Despite all that, I found a pair that I liked a TON better, the sales girl told me to get a size up since those pair run small, her advice paid off and a few minutes after walking in the store, I was lining up to exchange my shoes for the new pair. The line took a few more minutes to get through but overall, it was a speedy process for holiday season. I'll mostly likely be coming back since I love my shoes and have signed up for a few runs throughout the year already. When purchasing running shoes, definitely buy them in person and not online, I tried to be thrifty and buy them on sale and it wasn't the same as my comfort and love for my new pair of shoes. I have always been a happy customer whenever I went to Nike. However now I do not think I can stand them any longer. A week before the Nike Air Vapormax were released, I went to the NorthPark mall and went to the Nike store there. There I saw a big sign saying "Kiss my airs" with the Nike Air Vapormax pair in front of it. I thought it was cool so I went in and asked an employee about it. I started asking the employee about the new shoes that were coming out the week after I visited Nike. I asked him about the price, where will they be released, how much was shipping, etc. And then I asked him what's the quickest way to get the shoes once they come out. He told me to either camp out on the site with a Nike+ account and order it immediately, or to go to the shop and see if they have any pairs left. Then, I came back five days later on Friday. Apparently, there was a raffle two days before on Wednesday to see who could get the first 80 pairs that were going to be in stock. I was so mad that the employee just somehow forgot to inform me about a raffle going on for a new pair of shoes on Air Max month. It was too late then to sign up for the raffle. As you can see it was frustrating for me to hear those news. The thing is that I have no problem waiting for the shoes later on except that I had a long trip planned for the next week on Wednesday early In the morning and I was planning on buying the shoes before then. So then I waited until Sunday (the release date) and camped out online with my Nike+ account like the employee recommended. The moment the clock hit 9:00 (the release time), I refreshed the page and bought a pair online seconds after it was released with next day delivery. I got a response saying that you are in line and waiting to see if a pair is available. Then it said that there was no pairs available. 15 attempts later, no luck. 20 min later it says sold out. Now, im telling myself, there is only one option left then. The Northpark Center mall. So I went there and im not surprised to find out that there were no more pairs left. After all, someone had the great idea to release only 80 pairs (40 for men and 40 for women) to only ONE Nike store in a city that has over 1.258 million people In it's city and 7.1 million people in it's area including Dallas' population. Ok. Then I call customer service and im asking what the heck is going on and why can't I get a pair online even though I have been preparing for a week to buy the shoes, the man responds I'm sorry I cannot speak with you right now and rudely HANGS UP on me! WTH, this is not the way to treat a customer, especially one that is very frustrated right now. Then I call again, and this time a woman picks up the phone. I ask to speak to her manager and she tells me that I need to tell her why before she can transfer me to the manager. I explained to her the story and everything and instead of transferring me she tries to help me out herself and answering complaints. Apparently, there is a very low chance of them being in stock again for another day or two. I'm not too mad about that it's just that I had asked to speak to the manager, not her. I am very disappointed in Nike's service. I've been an average customer for 6 years and now all of a sudden I'm a piece of trash. All I wanted was a pair of Nike Air Vapormax shoes before Wednesday. I was willing to pay 25$ for Next-Day Delivery and everything. I fulfilled my part. That was your chance to fulfill yours Nike.Thanks a lot Nike! read more

Went in to buy 1 pair of shoes for myself and ended up with 2! I think this was partially due to the amazing customer service by our Sales Associate Eric. He was amazing! Very patient and kept a smile on his face the entire time. I truly appreciate the great customer service. It's hard to come by nowadays. All of the associates were friendly.
