Great place to pick up deals on Jordans and other Nike shoes but unfortunately the Indians come in there with their nasty feet and try on shoes with NO SOCKS and then throw them back on the shelves. Came here with my son to buy some shoes after school one day. Figured I'd surprise him since he really didn't need shoes. I don't come here often, but when I do come, I always feel like I'm treated good, and this visit was no exception. We first hit the shoe isle. We walked around and I let my son take his time and look at the large variety of products. After walking around and looking at every shoe in the store, my son finally decides on what he wants. Since I was feeling good that day I figured I'd let him add a shirt or sweatshirt. When I got to the sweatshirt area, a young lady asked did I want help. I said yes. She then took ownership of the transaction and treated my son like a king. Her attitude was so awesome and my son felt special. She showed him all sorts of Nike gear from her favorite to what she thought was popular. My son is picky and loved that she had a non-obtrusive opinion. Once we finally decided, we jumped into the medium sized line and it moved fast. We were out quickly and can't wait to go back. read more

When you come to the outlet stores in Allen, please pack your patience . Most everyone, especially with prices on everything continuing to go up, loves a good/great discounted deal. I had to drive around more than 10 minutes to find a parking space to go to the Nike Factory outlet store in Allen. I walked a few minutes to get to the location and once I walked inside, there was a line at checkout. It wasn't horribly long, but I knew I would be in it a few minutes once we got in line. My daughter found items she liked after we walked around and looked at clothes and shoes. We got in the line and waited about 10 minutes or so before checkout. At checkout, I used my Nike app so I could check in and accumulate points for future use. Though the lines are long, it is usually worth the wait to save more than a few dollars for Nike related items. read more

Jokes aside, Nike is a great brand, which is why I buy all my sneakers from them. Their quality products really do live up to their mission to bring inspiration and innovation to everyone. The Nike store at Allen Premium Outlets is good size store with what I would say an abundant amount of options to choose from. I went in recently to buy my dad a pair of sneakers for Father's Day because he really likes wearing them. Since I was in grade school, my dad would take my sister and I to buy sneakers for back to school shopping every year. Now I do the same with my son to keep the tradition going. Some of their kids footwear are about the same price as the adult ones but the quality and comfort is incomparable to the other brands. I like shopping Nike's athletic wear for women and children as well. Their T-shirts and workout pants are super comfy and have lasted me years. Clothing is made well unlike some factory stores. It won't fall apart or fray after a few wears. If gets crazy busy here on weekends and holidays. The place is good, I mean why would Nike clothes be bad in the first place? The only issue is the customer service, living in a diverse area we should talk with respect to customers from all walks of life, I could clearly see a difference in attitude when the employees were taking a specific customer in comparison to the majority. Always busy yet organized. I've purchased a whole lot of sneakers here over the years. Great, big selection in their clearance section. Most of my purchase is from that section. This specific store is always busy. They have a large selection for men, women & kids. I have been to multiple other Nike Factory stores and this one has by far the largest selection for women's clothes. The prices are discounted on almost everything then they have additional clearance sections. I buy my sports bras from here because they always have the best prices (usually around $15-25). You can find shoes over 50% off. Download the Nike app and make an account to get 10% off your purchase. Always check this app to see if you have a coupon! With COVID, they are only allowing a certain number of people within the store, providing hand sanitizer, and the fitting rooms are closed. read more

I normally would give 5 stars because the customer service at this location (that I frequent often) is always impeccable. However today I came in to exchange a few gifts as well as purchase more items only to be met by the most rude person in the store who also happened to be a manager. I'm not sure if she has an issue with members of the LGBTQ community or if she's dissatisfied with her job, but whatever it is, she should not be working with people. Her name is Asia. After standing in the long line for over 20 minutes, I noticed the interactions between the cashiers and customers. I was praying that I didn't end up having to be checked out by her because she seemed extremely rude to everyone. Unfortunately, I ended up being next in line and Asia was free. No hello or anything. I proceeded to advise her of the exchange, of which she requested my receipt multiple times as if there were an issue. After her thorough review of my digital receipt, I let her know that I had a 15% off coupon as well as military discount. She didn't even review my coupon before letting me know that it couldn't be used (which was invalid). She made a point to huff and puff as we asked questions about the discounts and anything else related to the purchase. I'm not sure what Asia's issue is, but as a manager of any place of employment, this is not how you lead your employees nor how you treat patrons! I spend way too much money in NIKE to ever have to deal with such poor service! I hope this review is discussed with her in grave detail and her attitude is fixed the next time I visit. I shouldn't have to find a new place to shop because someone isn't doing their job. I'm sure Asia's attitude doesn't align with the vision nor mission of NIKE. I will be sending this to corporate as well. I'm tired of people thinking they can get away with treating others any way that they wish and feel comfortable in doing it without repercussion. Please choose better people to be managers! The other employees that I came in contact with tonight were amazing (Saif and the young African American woman in the dressing room) and Carrington is always pleasant. I think if you go into this place thinking you were going to get 50% off or more, don't go. Some of the stuff looks to be the same price as you buy in the stores or you might save just a little bit. I've been a few times and it's always busy. I went yesterday, the Saturday after Christmas and it was just packed like crazy. In fact, the entire outlet mall was packed and crazy as can be. Took 15 minutes just to get a parking spot! I took my daughter there because she wanted to get a pair of Nike tights, I didn't know how much they cost beforehand, but there, they were $30. I got online and the same thing on Amazon was $35. So not a big sale. I would've rather paid the $5 difference and ordered on Amazon and just waited a couple days for it to ship instead of fight with that crowd and the parking. They do have a lot of merchandise, tons of shoes and clothing. I'm not sure if it's the stuff that doesn't sell well or is it specially made for an outlet store. I just don't think you're going to walk away with very big savings for the most part. At the end of the day, I would not make a special trip for that place. I would check it out if I was in the area or at the outlet mall and it was not busy inside. Otherwise, you'll probably find the same deals at your regular store. read more

The sales here are good and normally they will have an additional 30% off during sales the only bad thing is that there is a lot of construction going on so parking is kind of bad at the moment because they are redoing the parking lot. This is the best factory store around, the selection is great and so are the prices. Now I have become a Nikeaholic and I never walk out of here without a pair of hotsocks or shoes. I have had to make several returns or exchanges, and when I have the service is top notch they let you get what you want no questions asked, I cant thank them enough for fueling my addiction it seems. Really though FLIP is the best person up front if you need anything, the store always has plenty of people around to assist, and they will go the extra step and even look in the back if you want something. If you are looking for just shoes they will have many styles and colors other places simply will not have, and typically about 20 or more below what other stores sell them at. I love them. $55 for a pair I know were $80 at Academy about 6 months ago. There were a lot of people in there but the cashiers were quick and efficient. Why 5 stars? Because of ALISHA & HEATH!!! Not only did they stay in the weeds with me while I called pleading for help - they found another solution to allow me to finish the purchase and get the credit for the $25 gift card not working!!! Alisha - was a ROCK STAR customer service rep, who waited patiently, gave tips for request on phone, & genuinely showed she cared as she casually kept conversation while we waited on hold for 20min and without help from corporate! I went into the Nike outlet store today in hope of a resolution What I got was more than I expected. Recently I had a medical issue on my foot and prior to that my daughter purchased a pair of shoes for me. I was unable to wear them. I unfortunately did not have the box or receipt to accompany them So I went in to the store in hope of exchanging them for something that would work for my condition. I spoke with Kevin, the manager on duty, who went above and beyond the level of service I expected. I was able to get into a pair of shoes and leave there happy. I purchased a pair of Air Max for $179 and they lasted me less than 4 months. The air pocket busted. I've had this issue with their shoes in the past and they honored Nike's warranty. The manager on duty today, Danish, did not. He told me the tread was worn so he can't help me. I've shopped here at this location for over 8 years and have only bought shoes from here. This Nike outlet is HUGE! Lots and lots of clothes and a large selection of shoes as well. They have lots of employees working to help out and they are really friendly. One got me a pair of shoes in another size from the back and then helped me choose which size was better. He even ran and got me some socks when we were talking about whether they had thin socks. I found what I needed quickly and check-out was a breeze. Friendly, helpful employees and a huge selection of Nike apparel and accessories at a discount, what more could you ask for? read more

Very well stocked and good prices, not great but less than at sporting chain stores. The problem is with the staff. They act as though this is Friday night at the club. The music is ridiculously loud. There are an abundance of employees however it is simply social hour. Groups of three and four hang out talking the entire time. Every time I am in there they are absolutely no help. It is so bad that if people are trying to look at a product and they are in a group talking they won't get the hint to even move out of the way. Management in this store should be embarrassed. Further when you finally get one of them to break up the gossip circle they don't know how to find any product.
