Nice selection of Nike products. Friendly staff, obviously expensive it's Nike. I'd shop there again

It's been over four years since I wrote a review for this Nike location and it feels like it's time for an update since I recently visited it. My family and I were on vacation in the Destin area for Thanksgiving so of course we hit some of the stores for sales. What I liked about this location is that one of the workers made sure to tell me how to get an extra percentage off what I was buying by using the Nike app, which I would not have done. They actually had a really good selection of items on sale . My oldest son was able to get three nice shirts for $21. We will probably come back here when we visit the area again. read more

Good selection for an outlet factory store. Friendly staff and a clean store. Some pretty good deals on the clearance rack.

I really thought I was going to find something here but I didn't. I was so disappointed. The Service was good with the lady's. Ariana was so sweet!! 5's . The selection was not good. The cost was very high. read more

Stopped in while on vacation just to see what they had. The overall selection was great but most of the sales were on clothing. I found a pair of sneakers that I loved, they weren't on sale but being a Nike rewards member gave me an additional 30% off my purchase. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The store didn't require masks but did limit the number of customers in the store to encourage social distancing. read more

Yesterday I was tasked with buying a Christmas present for my 13 year old grandson who is a long distance runner in Knoxville TN. He let me know which Nike items he liked via the website links. I'm a "buy local" type person so I went into the Nike Outlet. I realized quickly that I was in over my head and then I was saved - I met Austin who was busy but stopped what he was doing to help me. Austin was amazing! He found ALL of the items, even though none were the "exact" items within the links. He helped me decide which items to pick and told me why. I even bought an extra shirt without being within the links. 100% of the credit goes to Austin! I highly recommend Nike Outlet and I also highly recommend Austin for a raise, bonus, promotion or whatever is available to show him how much he is valued. read more

Excellent pricing and sales, opportunity to save even more by becoming a free member, knowledgeable and helpful associates, efficient checkout and short wait times, and usually good variety and product diversity, depending on the time of year. Can be very crowded and busy at times, and overall product can occasionally run low on stock, but this store has the "controllables" down. read more

Nike Factory Store - Destin - Shoe Stores Near Me - Destin, Florida

Joey must have accidentally forgot to pack the tshirt i purchased so i called and they lied to my face and said i must have dropped it. In order for thst to be true i wouldn't have been able to grab the bag handle because the other 2 items were already breaching the rim of the bag. It was $15 dollars but its the principle. Integrity is far more valuable than the shirt. read more

Two stars because it does have a good selection and normal sales for this outlet but the prices don't compare. My reason for not giving more than two stars is because if you drive 30 min to pier park then the prices change A LOT. The day before coming here I bought some Men's sneakers for $24.99, in destin, same pair was $44.99...really? That's a huge difference and for that fact, I will only be shopping at Nike Outlet in PCB. read more

So apparently this store is closed on sundays, not sure why. Came back Monday @ 10A and it's still closed. No answer when you call the phone number. They should put a sign to let people know what is happening or a message when you call instead of a busy line. It's unfortunate I see customers come and walk away because they try to open the door and it's locked. I do see an employee inside but who knows what's happening. read more

They always have some really good deals going, and if you can find what you're looking for here, then you can usually get it cheaper than you'll find online. Their staff is helpful and polite. This store manager is very unhelpful. I tried to exchange two shorts I received as a gift and the ticket on them state $65 each. She told me she couldn't only give me $7 back for each one. Stating that the lowest ticket price she saw online. I pulled up Nike site and it was $65. Not sure what site she was looking at. Maybe eBay. Smh. Calling corporate. read more

The selection at this Nike store is decent however, the prices are disappointing on most items. I highly suggest driving 45 minutes west to the Nike outlet in Sand Destin located on Hwy 98. Huge selection and they always have a sale going on. read more

I had a good experience shopping there, while on vacation, however I called back to speak with the gentleman that helped me, and you would have thought I was trying to spy on the President. All I wanted to do was Thank him for helping me, and inquire about other sales/deals. I tried for (3-4) days to speak with the young man but they just refused to allow it. The lady who answered the phone was rude to say the least, and then eventually she put some other guy on the phone. I did not know there was a policy in place that didn't allow you to Thank those who helped you. read more

there were great sale when we went. i found shorts that are thin which is perfect for the HOT TX weather.

Awful cashier. Acts as if she was doing us a favor. You can get better pricing online on certain items. Advise to check online before paying at this store. read more
