My favorite store for this kind of thing is the now defunct store The Crypt which not only had intimacy supplies but also had clothing for men and women that had a nightclub angle to it or clothing with a fetish angle to it. And of course as long as I mentioned the word "fetish" all kinds of instruments for fetishes I've never heard of before and sometimes can't even pronounce. There are still a few stores like The Crypt still around but it usually involves going to the "big, bad city" and going to a neighborhood that has a market for this kind of thing. These stores have diminished like many other things as much of this shopping has moved to online.
