This review is for the Nike store at La Cantera I walked in looking to for a pair of running shorts and a hoodie. The store was clean and organized. All the associates were helping someone so I decided to walk around to see if I could find what I needed myself. I was at the shorts wall for a few minutes and couldn't find my size in the color I needed. I walked around some more to see if I could find the hoodie. A lady with blond-ish hair walked by me 3 times but didn't ask if I needed help. She was the only one not helping anyone directly so maybe she was looking for an online order or something but she never asked if I needed help. There used to be a tall guy in glasses that worked there that was always helpful. Sometimes he was at the register but he would always ask if I needed something. Haven't seen him the last few times so idk. They had the hoodie but not the shorts so I decided not to buy anything and went to the quarry shop . They had the shorts and they ordered the rest of the stuff online. I ended up getting a few more things as well. Thank you Quarry! read more

Walked into great hospitality; browsing around for some new potential shoes. That's when I met Mr. Eddie G. Eddie came up to me multiple times, introduced himself to me, made sure to ask him anything and going out of his way to make sure he can get the right shoe/size out for me. Walked in to look at clearance and didn't find nothing that stood out of the ordinary. He politely insisted on helping me what I intended to find/buy and found multiple shoes that I was intrigued by! He ended up showing me different running shoes in clearance aisle and explaining the information about the shoe which was amazing because they all had different comfort technology. I ended up buying the ones he showed me and he really did make my day there! Running shoes felt great and I look forward to coming by more often to buy at this location; Eddie's an amazing employee and enjoyed helping me out as best as he could! Thanks Eddie! read more

I went to this location for online order returns. They were professional and courteous. I was in and out in a snap. I did take time to look around. They have a large selection of items. Even the discount section was massive; a lot of value there. I almost walked out with something but my size was out. I like the Quarry area so I'm sure I'll be back. read more

What a bunch of BS. You shop online with Nike and you're instructed that you can make a return at your local Nike store. So off I go to the Quarry Nike store to make the return. (I had two pairs of shoes to return). First; the sales gal asked me if I had an account or did I check out as a guest. (Answer: a guest). She then asked if I had the credit card that I used for the purchase. I responded with "honestly I don't remember which one I used as I checked out online with Apple Pay." She moved forward with the return transaction and stated I could hold my wallet near the device. I didn't have enough time to peruse my wallet to look for charges and when I opened my wallet it charged automatically to whatever card came up first. (NOT the one I used for the purchase BTW). After I found the correct card; I said, "your machine credited me back to a card I didn't even use for the transaction." She confirmed with "I know and it's crazy". Uh ya think? I looked at the first receipt and the total for the second that she was crediting me back with and they weren't the same amount as what I paid on line. I asked why the discrepancy and she responded with "shipping". So I paid for shipping to receive them yet I am not reimbursed the shipping at the return? Not cool. Nike is overrated if you ask me anyway. SMH. read more

I loved this store so much. I flew in from Chicago and hoped to find some sweatpants and ended up buying 2 pairs that were basically 80% off after all sales. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. My special needs daughter fell on the way in and dinged her knee up really good. Really nice employee checked on her, got some alcohol pads, bandaids and a paper towel. I did not get his name and he was busy as we left, but I wanted to make sure to let mgmt know how I appreciated his assistance going above and beyond the standard daily duties. read more

This Nike store has the worst customer service out of all the Nike stores I have visited. No one spoke or even bothered to ask me if I needed assistance, and believe me I did need assistance but that is ok I will order elsewhere..based on these reviews this store does not seem fond of rectifying their lack of customer service. read more

The store has a limited selection of men's clothing. Additionally, do not take Nike.com returns back to this location. A fifty dollar shirt purchased online that was still fifty dollars online was only worth fourteen dollars in store credit. Women's clothing selection was sufficient but don't bother with men's. read more

I've always had great experiences in the store with purchases and returns. I do keep all my information within the Nike app so it makes everything really easy and no questions have ever been asked. They even took back a pair of worn shoes because of abnormal wear and tear. All the employees have always made it really easy and that's one of the reasons I like shopping at Nike. Before you head to this store if are a person of color please beware of the discrimination. My wife and sister were shopping for merchandise and were being followed by one of the workers. I don't appreciate it, I went to speak to the supervisor & she did apologize how ever , she proceeded to ask if I was from that side of of town. Which I am born and raised from San Antonio ! But oh man when you push people into returning stuff online/or through UPS... the refund process is annoying !!! I bought my stuff on 7/28/21 and until now I still haven't received my full refund...
