If I could this place would have no stars. I live near here and decided to try it out. The threading is mediocre. One day I made an appointment for me and my 16 yrs old daughter to get our eye lashes done (semi perm). No instructions or issues over the phone. When I got there it was a different story. They lady was mad we had mascara on (this was at 5pm on a Friday after I got off work). And then she said my daughter was too young to do it and she's not taking responsibility if my daughter had issues. Ok cool, I get it. But the way she told me was embarrassing. It was in front of all the customer in a demeanor that was very unprofessional. I know I turned red. As her voice got louder so did mine. This is no way to treat customers. There are nicer, better, effective ways to tell me this. She made it seem like it was my fault that all this was happening. Very rude. I never went back. I now drive to chapman and brookhurst to Threading and Beauty and the ladies there are freaking awesome. So if you're ok with rude people then this place is for you. No thank you for me. read more

I swore that I would never do threading! I was set on my "waxing" ways. BUT I decided to give it a shot so I can say I have tried threading... Susie threaded my eyebrows and I loved it! She was able to make my "not so even" eyebrows look even! I became a regular...and came to see her every 2-3 weeks.. but then... I went one time and she wasn't there. I figured...I probably just went on a day that she was off? ..... no biggie. The owner lady did my brows... and it was so-so..... I went back again...and AGAIN Susie wasn't there. Turns out she went back to her country. and she's NOT coming back. How can she do this to me!?! Make me love threading..and then LEAVE. :( (okay a little dramatic).... So this older lady did my eyebrows....and meeh! I was so disappointed. I had her "fix" it twice...and then finally I just politely paid and left. I will not be returning...and will be on a hunt for a new threading salon. read more

I came to this place for the first time and they took care of me in 5 stars. They wanted to know my past experience with lashes and etc. and they also broke down how all the different clue work including why the remover is so pricy also. The glue they use at this location is for LASHES ONLY which is a big must bc the other clue can rip off your real lashes that you do have! Along with that they had me wash my face, and remover and oil from my lashes for they can hold better. I did find it strange that they have you sign a sore (contract) before or after the lashes are on. But they did guarantee that I can come back within 3 days for a touch up for free. And the next week or two touch ups are less then $10. So I'll be differently going there again and they have awesome customer service. They take cards also! Best eyebrow spot I've been to yet! I've let a few people here do my eyebrows and all of them were wonderful! They even drew in my eyebrows when they were done because I'm trying to grow them out since the last place i went to screwed up my shape. And at $7 you cant beat that price for their service. I used to pay $11 at Shear Artistry in diamond bar...not even including tip & they don't massage or any extras for that matter. In other words, I'm very glad i found Nikhar. I'm going to have to bring it down a notch on this rating because I can't seem to get my eye brows done there without trying to be sold something. The owner needs to STOP dictating which customer should go to which employee. The matter of fact is some employees are more skilled than others and that is our own preference to make. Please let us go to whoever we decide and do not call us "picky" when we want our eyebrows a certain way. If the customer is happy. It'll be a lot happier for the business. The first time I went, my eyebrows came out perfect. Medium thin, not like lines and not too thick. Second time they came out a bit thinner which wasn't too bad but person I first came to wasn't there. I don't really have a set person I like to go to yet since I'm still testing the waters. The last time I went, it was right before my date for Valentines day and although the person at chair 1 did a good job, she threaded a bit too hard and peeled a small part of my skin off the middle between my eyebrows. ): I had to major cover it with makeup but it was still visible. Was pretty embarrassed by it and it took a week for it to heal and scab over. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. I just wish their location was better, their plaza freaks me out. Oh and I don't know if the girl at the cashier is new or something, but damn, she needs to brighten up and smile or something... read more

$7 for eyebrows. The walk-in wait was maybe 5-7 mins, not bad on Thanksgiving Day (Thank you, Nikhar Salon, for being open!). I usually wax my brows but was in town visiting my sister, and she comes to Nikhar often, she even redeemed her free wax from her frequent shopper card (I forget how many to get your free one but make sure to get a stamp card!). This was the 2nd time in my life I've ever used threading, the last time was maybe 15 years ago with this same sister since it's her thing. The threading was a little painful at first because of the scraping/twisting of the thread against your eyebrow skin, and it was a little uncomfortable having to use both hands to hold one side of the brow up while holding the eyelid down to keep the skin taut while Jenny threaded my brows, but I got used to it when doing the second brow. Still worth 4 stars :-) Jenny did a swift job and was friendly. But I'm surprised she didn't put any oil or lotion on my brows after she finished, especially after I told her I hadn't done in 15 years. She also said my brows are light so I don't need to get them trimmed, which I agreed with her on. I would definitely come here again, what a deal. I dislike plucking my brows and this is cheaper than a wax. Next time I know to ask for the oil or lotion to help the freshly threaded skin heal. read more

They take their time will doing it to make sure it comes out perfect. I've always been picky about getting my eyelashes done at a salon but here they make you feel very welcoming. Meena and her family as well as the staff are highly skilled and top of the line people. I always go here for my eyebrows. I'm always happy with the work they do when I walk out the door. No matter who the artist is. Very reasonable price, $7! They have a stamp card where the 7th eyebrow threading is free. I totally take advantage of it. Good when you have that moment of, dang I'm on a budget this month and $7 plus tip is a lot! I was a walk in to this particular salon wanting to try a set of lash extension, having never had experienced having false lashes. Upon the completion of one of my left eye lash extension I needed to use the restroom. Returning to finish the other eye (lash extention) Iam assuming oh t was the owner walks up to the women doing my lashes and speaks to her in middle eastern. The woman pauses and told to please go back into bathroom and remove the toliet paper that was clogging the toliet. Telling me I used to much and I should put it in the trash. I was not asked, but told. I was extremely embarrassed . Not knowing what to as well being g shocked that they were actually making me remove the toliet paper and they could do it themselves. So I went into the bathroom and took the toliet brush and fished the th toliet paper out and put it in trash. After completing my lashes I paid my bill and left. I decided to get eyelash extensions for the first time and Mina worked on me, the owner, lucky me! She was very kind and gentle. She also gave me guidelines on how to maintain my eyelashes. They are very serious about what's best for the health and beauty of your lashes, even if it's a cheaper alternative. Prices were unbeatable. I paid $20!! Im a person who is picky & once I find a place I like, I dont like change. I moved to Anaheim 5 years ago when I got married yet had my eyebrow threading place in Tustin that I still went to. I realized I need to stop wasting gas & time and looked up a place closer on Yelp & found Nikhar. LOVED IT! Definitely my new spot close to home. I went in today hoping that although Reina is gone, that I would still get decent brows. This is not the case. When I sat down in chair 2, I immediately informed the lady that was helping me that I DID NOT WANT thin brows, I just wanted them to be shaped and cleaned up. I should have known from the start that it was going to go downhill when she said my brows were already thin. (They were not, I had been growing them out since October, hoping that Reina would at some point return from her "vacation".) Not only are they too thin, but there is still no shape to them. Needless to say I did not tip and needless to say I won't be returning. If Reina was your go to brow girl, you should probably go elsewhere. read more
