If I could give a zero I would. I went in and got the VIP eye brow (precise definition, detail) and tint service. I clearly told the lady that helped me I wanted the SIDES ONLY thin and the top round. I made sure I reiterated because I only wanted the sides. She completely shaved off my eyebrows and didn't even round the top. I have been growing out my eyebrows just for her to completely ruin them. When she asked if I liked them she just said "Good." I told her I only wanted the sides not the whole eyebrow and she completely dismissed me and no apology, nothing! She continued on with the other eyebrow. I was so upset I refused to do the tint. Just completely no emotion whatsoever from her. I will NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've had bad experiences with threading in the past, so I was honestly a little nervous going in--but choosing this place turned out to be a really good decision. Banny checked me in and made everything feel comfortable right away. I simply told her I wanted threading, to fix my eyebrow shape so they looked even, and to do my upper lip. The amount of time and care she dedicated to perfecting my eyebrow shape was impressive. She was gentle, extremely thorough, and clearly focused on getting the shape just right. Even when she noticed I was hurting at times, she was very patient and kind, pausing when needed and making sure I was okay before continuing. She also advised me against using a blade, which I truly appreciated because it showed she cared about the health of my brows, not just rushing through the service. She was very clear about pricing, what she was doing step by step, and even where to place my hands, which made the whole experience feel professional and reassuring. They had great music playing in the background, creating a calm and welcoming vibe. They're open 7 days a week, which is super convenient, and I will definitely be coming back for 2-3 week follow-ups.
