I've had bad experiences with threading in the past, so I was honestly a little nervous going in--but choosing this place turned out to be a really good decision. Banny checked me in and made everything feel comfortable right away. I simply told her I wanted threading, to fix my eyebrow shape so they looked even, and to do my upper lip. The amount of time and care she dedicated to perfecting my eyebrow shape was impressive. She was gentle, extremely thorough, and clearly focused on getting the shape just right. Even when she noticed I was hurting at times, she was very patient and kind, pausing when needed and making sure I was okay before continuing. She also advised me against using a blade, which I truly appreciated because it showed she cared about the health of my brows, not just rushing through the service. She was very clear about pricing, what she was doing step by step, and even where to place my hands, which made the whole experience feel professional and reassuring. They had great music playing in the background, creating a calm and welcoming vibe. They're open 7 days a week, which is super convenient, and I will definitely be coming back for 2-3 week follow-ups. This is my spot for eyebrows, with or without appointment they help in a timely manner and I always use a reference photo and they deliver. The shop is very clean. They're open on Sundays, which is nice The girls are not too talkative, but they're nice. They like to have cash. They don't like you to use your credit card or ATM so just be aware.I feel they do a pretty good job. read more

I can't believe I'm actually writing this review. I am absolutely livid with the service this salon provided. Not only was the worker very unprofessional, she caused clear damage to my skin and acted like nothing was wrong. When I got home, I saw how MY SKIN BURNT OFF. THIS IS ACTUALLY INSANELY RIDICULOUS HOW SOMEONE CAN MESS UP YOUR SKIN SO BADLY THAT IT BURNS OFF. I used to be their loyal customer for years, but I swear I will never ever get any service here done again. All I wanted were my eyebrows threaded and my mustache waxed. She RUSHED through my eyebrows and didn't bother to trim them. And when I asked her to trim them she said she did and I was like I literally did not see you do it. Why lie about it? And then next, she was supposed to wax my mustache. She kept pressuring me to get to chocolate wax because it was supposed to be "better" for just a few more dollars than the regular wax. I thought it would be a good idea, so I agreed to it. She took the wooden stick and dripped it in the wax before smearing it in the middle of my mustache. Holy hell IT BURNED. She didn't bother to ensure that the wax was cool enough for it to be put on my skin. It HURT and when I confronted her about it she just said it's fine it'll cool off. She COMPLETELY DISREGARDED MY PAIN. My skin was burning all day after this service. I came home and had to keep reapplying aloe Vera gel because SHE DIDNT GIVE ME ANY. I have a family gathering I have to go to tomorrow where I'll be meeting with family I haven't seen in years and I can't even look my best because of this absolutely terrible and horrible worker. I HAVE GOTTEN MY SKIN WAXED PLENTY OF TIMES AND IT HAS NEVER EVER LEFT A BURN MARK NOR HURT THIS BADLY!!!!!!!! On the next day following this appointment, I had to go to urgent care because my skin was burning in pain. I couldn't move my lips without it hurting. I tried using over the counter gels and ointments but literally none of them worked and made my skin burn even more. When I was seen by the doctor, he diagnosed this burn to have 1st and 2nd degree burns. I was promised a refund for this incident but when I went to the shop they only gave me a partial refund. During my visit, I got my eyebrows threaded and my mustache waxed for a total of $26. Because of this incident I requested a refund because of the gravity of the incident that occurred. When I went to the shop, I only got a $10 refund and a $10 gift card. Even with those two combined it doesn't add up to the total. The full refund is the least they could do for what happened. I threw out the gift card because there's no point going back to a business that would not give me the full refund that is the bare minimum that they could do in regards to this incident. For over a whole week after this incident, I couldn't move my lips without it tearing and bleeding with a sharp stinging pain. read more
