I've been coming here ever since they open but today I came in and Samina attended me very fast and she was extremely nice. She has the lightest hand when it comes to threading and did an excellent job. Not only did she did an amazing job she gave me a 20min massage while she applied the aloe Vera. Decided to do my under arm and she was very gentle and made sure I had ZERO HAIRS!! I had my daughter with me and she treated my daughter super nice !! I have been coming here for YEARSSS but i've had enough, the elderly lady is always so rude when I come in, idk if it is something personal against me but when people come in she greets them and says "how are you" but when i come in she just gives a face. I use to brush it off but now it's not fair that ive been a loyal customer and i get disrespectfully dissed as a customer. The last time I came she messed up my eyebrows bad that I had to wait to grow it out again. it's not the first time she's done that but I am so naive that I let things passed and still came here. However I am Not coming here anymore they lost a loyal customer of years. I wish they had more employees but everytime I come it's the same rude elderly lady. read more

I have no idea where these one star reviews are coming from. I have been faithfully coming here for over 8 years. I moved out of state 7 months ago and literally fly out to only allow them to do my eyebrows. I really think these other comments sound like look in the mirror problems. They are both hardworking independent woman with children and run this shop. To be someone able to still do that in this time as a minority is extraordinary. I've had facials here too! They are thorough and it is always relaxing. Eyebrow threading is amazing- and their prices went up but they are still so reasonable! I'm glad they went up the old prices were robbing them! I'm waiting for my flight to head back to Cali as I write this and will be there in the morning for my brows! Thank you guys! read more

I again felt the urgent need for immediate threading services - I amazingly pulled in to this parking lot to look for a near-by threader on Yelp, but wait...what is right in front of me? Yep a new threading salon! Yay - considered it my lucky day and skipped right on in... Nervous as always but quickly calmed by the presence of my new favorite threader!! Anjie (spelling questionable)was nothing short of amazing! She quickly understood what I liked and totally set me at ease. Just like that I was done and happily cleaned up with zero pain (ok a little pain but far better than usual) ! This salon is new - but basic nothing to fancy! Oh and did I mention the most reasonable place I have ever been too? Give it a try! I live about 25 miles away but will be back - yep that satisfied! read more
