They really know how to thread your eyebrows to compliment your brow bone and allign to your eyes. I've been going to this threading place for years, and they've never disappointed ! I came here for the first time since the covid pandemic started, about 6-7 months, and was amazed to see the difference ! I was also very impressed by their sanitation procedures. The employees wear a face mask, a face shield, gloves, sanitize the chairs, and even wear a hair net to limit any unnecessary contact! I was blown away. They offer quick service at a reasonable price, and both employees are equally qualified. Most people request a specific employee when going to a threading place, but I've honestly switched off between the two multiple times, and have always left satisfied with how the shaping turned out. The two ladies that work here are very sweet, they often make conversation with me while I'm checking out, and it's clear that they're genuinely friendly towards you, because they'll even remember small details from the conversations from last month! I love how gentle she is and she'll always ask if I'm doing okay throughout the process. She's very patient as well. I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees here. I would always come to get my eyebrows threaded here. I appreciate how they sanitize after each guest and are cautious against covid. The ladies are welcoming and nice. I have usually left this place feeling great and loving how my brows look. However, I went in yesterday to get my eyebrows done and it was not the usual person I would go to. She messed up both of my eyebrows. My left side is longer than my right side. I got upset when she took almost the whole tail of my right side off. She offered to fix it and to even them out on my left but I got upset and left. After paying, I included tip which I regret doing. As you can see, I had plenty of hair in my before pictures and I'm not sure why they are not even. I asked for a clean up like usual, but got horrible results. Now I'm upset and it's going to take me a long time to regrow my eyebrows out. read more

It took me a long time to grow out my eyebrows just to have them completely butchered. They're so uneven. I said "just a clean up" and I ended up with one eyebrow shorter than the other one. I don't know the lady's name but she has glasses. I will never come here again and if you want your eyebrows uneven then you found the right place. So disappointed. First of all I don't like the pain of doing the threading but when Nena does my eyebrow and lip; it doesn't hurt. There are 2 girls usually in the weekend and both of them are nice and professional and they make sure I am doing ok. It takes them at least 10mins to do the lip and eyebrow.
