We initially had a minor setback with getting started on time due to problems with accessing the studio, but Krystal handled everything calmly and professionally. She took her time carefully doing the measurements and making sure that I was comfortable with the procedure at every step. She also was very respectful of my preferences on how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. In the end, she was able to beautifully blend in the new shape with my existing pigment from another microblading I had from 3.5 years ago.
