Came here for a prom dress. I was greeted by someone who was willing to cater to the needs of my daughter. She asked the right questions, size, color, style & also allowed us browse. No pressure. We arrived as soon as they opened so it was not crowded. They had options. Tried on a few styles & we said yes to a dress! I did notice other dresses on clearance when I was paying but wasn't offered to try on those (which were half price) lol Dresses are expensive but my daughter receive so much compliments than it really didn't matter. I would recommend & I will be a repeat customer! Tip: They take your information to ensure that someone from your school does not buy the same dress as you for Prom! Awesome! read more

The sales associates were extremely pushy and catty. You could hear them whispering about customers. I was not impressed with their customer service or selection. They only have ONE of many dresses. If you loved a dress but it was in the wrong size, they did nothing to assist you find it. I wasn't going to say anything but then saw them happily post a very unbecoming video on socials that shows exactly what I noticed. You would have thought we forced them to let us spend money there. Scheduled appointments for my daughter and 3 friends for prom dress shopping. Each girl had dedicated sales person to help them with finding and trying on dresses (great!) however, staff used hard sales tactics with the girls, pushing them to commit to a dress even if it was not 100% what they wanted or out of budget (remember these are 16 yo kids, and sales staff are talking to the girls not the parent). Also, I had expected a more personalized and private shopping experience given the emphasis on their website that appointment is needed and lack of space for multiple guests ( I called to book the appointments to make sure the friend group shopping together could be accommodated), but the place was packed with people coming in and out and the dressing rooms and mirror are directly next to the front door, limiting privacy. Just wasn't the dress shopping experience I expected. 3 of the 4 girls did ultimately pick a dress (and there is a cute custom of ringing a bell), but I definitely overpaid for my daughters dress (we saw the dress online immediately after purchase for much less). I'm comforting myself about this by reminding myself that at least by purchasing at Nikki's she was able to try the dress on and we could critically evaluate the quality and fit read more

I was so excited to come here after I had seen this place so close to my house and brought a few bridesmaids with me to go look at potential bridesmaids dresses. Upon arrival they told us they didn't have typical bridesmaid dresses which we were totally fine with but two of my bridesmaids were ready to try on some dresses so they went in the dressing rooms and we were greeted by who I assume was the store manager and was told we basically were in the wrong for going in the dressing room without a consultant. We didn't know as nobody had come to us and made us aware of this. Everyone was just rude and made it seem like we were bothering them. I was really excited to book a bridal appointment here to look for my wedding dress but wont be doing so after I saw how they treated both me and my bridesmaids. read more

I had an unpleasant experience with the staff from this establishment at a bridal show this weekend at the Hilton. While I understand white is not 'in season' anymore for weddings it is what I want and I was told it photograph ugly so I should deter from having such inclination to getting a white dress. After that was told with a not so welcoming attitude that I needed to have bought a dress 2 months ago for my wedding if I wanted to wear one. I am newly engaged and happy about it and would not like to be berated or belittled about my option to have a wedding soon or a white dress. That being said I will not be making an purchases or appointments and will be telling my friends who have weddings coming up to also not shop at this store. read more

I had Victoria as my consultant and she was so great! She made me feel welcomed right when I walked in and asked what type of dress I wanted in what size and showed me dresses based off of that. She never pressured me to try on or buy a dress and showed me so many great options within my price range and preference! When I was trying on dresses she complimented me but was honest when I needed an alteration. When I was making my final decision she was so patient and let me put both dresses on as many times as I needed! read more

I was recommended this place from a friend, went to check it out, considering my prom is soon. I was completely taken back at the lack of customer service the staff have. They were disrespectful and condescending. I left feeling far worse about my appearance. Would rather not even attend prom at this point. I got my wedding dress here (Wesley Chapel), it was a dress off the sales floor. The consultant promised me that the dress would look brand new when I went to pick it up, they would get it clean, remove any snags/stains and it would look like a brand new dress. I went to my initial fitting over a year later and the dress hadn't been touched. They insisted that they cleaned it but the neck line and armpits still looked like someone bathed in self tanner before putting the dress on. There were still multiple stains and not one snag had been fixed. The material is crepe so it's not a delicate material and there's no beading or lace on the dress. Their excuse was that not all cleaning agents could be used due to the delicate fabric. After using that excuse, the associate comes back with carpet cleaner insisting to try to use it to remove the stains on the neck line of the dress. They couldn't tell me who cleaned the dress (because nobody actually cleaned it) and I later found out they don't even try to get it cleaned professionally, but someone in house spot cleans it. When they promised it to be clean we were under the impression that it would be done professionally or taken to a cleaner to clean it. When our concerns were brought up they told us the associate who sold us the dress no longer works there so they don't know what she promised us, but they clearly are aware of employees making promises to clean dresses. Now I am 2 days away from leaving for my destination wedding and I am having to spend over $300 to get my dress professionally cleaned because it will need to be rushed. They offered to refund us $100 for the inconvenience, which seemed like a slap in the face after spending over $2,600 on a wedding dress and alterations. We reminded them that we have to go out of our way to get the dress cleaned ourselves and they came back with an offer of $200 refund. Not to mention they claim not to know how much alterations cost, but when you go in for an alterations consultation they do have a minimum alterations fee. They claim to be a high-end boutique but every other high-end boutique I've been to does not allow customers to rummage through the dress racks, they require gloves when putting on dresses, and don't allow you to zip the dress up yourself. Nikki's doesn't care how you handle their dresses. I overheard a customer apologizing for not having a chance to change after a practice and the sales associate responded "oh it's okay we have people come in after practice all the time". What should've been one of the best experiences during wedding planning turned out to be the worst. I would never recommend this place. read more

Absolutely horrible service! My sister found her dress and the store kept it there until her fitting. My sister is having a destination wedding and gets married 01/26/2023 and they scheduled her dress fitting 12/16/2022 and when she got to the fitting her dress that she picked out has already been altered, is snagged, has holes in the mesh, and is so badly stained! My sister was promised that the dress is the original dress that she purchased and no one has worn it! When my sister brought up it was stained the store said that they had shipped it out to be cleaned and you can't use certain cleaning supplies on the material of the dress. The store said they would have it cleaned again. My sister went in 01/19/2023 for her final fitting and the stains are still there! Not only that but a lady came out with carpet cleaner begging to try to clean the dress after her first fitting the representative said they can only use certain products. The store also said they have it cleaned in house after they originally said it was shipped off to cleaned but then said they didn't even know who at the store cleaned it. She now has to spend an extra $300 to get it cleaned professionally and another unknown amount to have new mesh put in it because of the holes! The only thing the store could do is give her a sorry apology and give her $200 that doesn't even cover the cost to get it cleaned! Our family trusted the store (Wesley Chapel, FL) to make it right after purchasing the dress and then having to pay for the alterations only for it to be an awful experience. This is supposed to be the best experience a bride gets to have and now my sister is emotional and rushing to have it fixed/professionally cleaned. I would not trust this company at all with any type of dress for any event! Absolutely horrible service! I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau! read more
