They tend to use a lighter colored fattier tuna that comes off mushy and slightly fishy at times. Would also be nice if soup and salad were included with every sushi entrée.

Compared to other locations, the East Brunswick spot seems to do a better job with both quality and keeping the sushi stocked. Drinks are another weak point. The bubble teas are overly sweet and not very good, though kids will probably enjoy them.
