As a regular customer I am very dissapointed that a employee who was working night shift thought…read morehe could steal $1.50 right in front of me accusing us of being short but I counted it four times to make sure before even coming in and counted it In front of him more than once.all I came in to buy was two cans of pop and a single cigar and he was trying to steal 1.50 out of the change and telling me I was short but in the end I was only short 15 cents. and the day before I gave them an extra 30 cents for free which I have done numerous times. so I demanded a refund on the spot and he still kept trying to give me shorter change and telling me to be "nice" while still trying to steal the $1.50 and trying to give me less than the amount I gave in the beggining from the start this is only 1 employee which was very dissapointing so be careful guys because it shows how really hard times are I guess trying to steal 1.50 cents how pathetic!!!

I walk in looking for a specific Cigar. The store clerk helping one male customer. So really it's just the three of us now in this tiny store. The clerk sees me and shoots me a dirty look. No problem. Maybe his dog is sick or something.... I don't know. I wait 5 min, 10 min, 15 min. No Hello. No I'll be right with you. Nothing. Not a single gesture of acknowledgement....of not only a customer but another human being that just happens to walk into your establishment. Bizarre. Going on 20 min now. I started to feel very uneasy and uncomfortable, as I was now being overtly ignored, and me being the Alpha-A type personality that I am....I wasn't just going leave and have someone ignore me like that. So.....I turned to the clerk who literally pretended I was a fly on the wall, and said...."If I could please get some service, I'm in a bit of a rush." He then with a pissed off reluctant look came my way. Even when he attended to me I felt this hostile energy from him I could not understand, and certainly was unfamiliar with, as I had never experienced anything like that. Ever. What was interesting was that the other customer felt bad for me, and apologized to me. It turned out I just had a question about a product and had to wait 20 min to ask it from a store clerk who pretended I was not there. Upon leaving the store there was only one thing that I was unsure of. Was it the fact that I was a Female or a person of colour that my business was not welcome?

Woman rushed the sale and sold me the wrong product, didn't even get to my vehicle and I started reading the box and noticed it's not even remotely what I had went in and asked for, so I walked back in and asked her nicely if she could exchange it or even give store credit because SHE just sold me the wrong item... She just smiles and says no, when I literally wasn't even out the door longer than 3-4 minutes. Crazy how an employees incompetence to know the products they're selling ends up being your fault. Anyway won't burn me again, if you're looking for quality product and customer service to match seriously do yourself a favour and shop anywhere but here.

We walked in, the place is pretty small but they have international variety there: dominican, cuban, etc. and their prices are good. The owners are a really nice couple who are there to help you with your selection and questions (and they have a really nice poodle named Chica that hangs out with you while you shop, lol). Definitely a good small business that needs more support in the area, so if you like your cubans, cigars or tobacco, go and check them out! You may be surprised of what you can find there! :)

I have been a loyal customer and bought all my pod systems from Lucky 8 Vapes! Staff there usually Bryan, Matthew , Louie and nick and as well as the rest of the staff are great, to ensure you the best customer service that is needed! For example they did not sell a certain type of juice and that they did not carry it and so they ordered it for me from somewhere else and delivered it to the store! I have…read moreshopped at other vape stores who are always too cool for their customers and end up closing a couple months later because of their lack of service, so Clouds is the only vape store I shop at now. Parking can be a little tricky, so try to come during non-rush hour so you can park outside. Their selection of juice and devices are great and there is always something new to try. They are very knowledgeable about devices as well and so helpful for beginners who might be intimidated by other experiences. The prices are fair and if you buy in volume they will always offer a discount. They are really good at replacing defective coils, and when you switch devices and have extra coils you can always bring them in to trade-in for new ones too. I love that it's always busy here and sort of a meeting spot for avid vapers. Good sampling bar too for trying out new flavors also.

They even offered to let me return the coils if they were not the right fit. Now I can use vaping to reduce my nicotine intake step by step to eventually quit. These guys rock.
