They said I would have to come in in person to get my refund. The store is 2 hours away! I had given my name at the beginning of the telephone call. They had my id through my phone number, but they wouldn't refund me for the aquarium equipment they thought I had purchased. I don't have an aquarium! I'll go back to get my refund, but I won't be shopping there again. Look at your receipts before you leave this store!

I feel comfortable taking my best friend there to be pampered & made (even more) beautiful. The space is clean,they ask specific questions to make sure your dog's needs are addressed..mine is good with other dogs so is able to socialize a bit after her bath & cut. Other pups who are less social have quieter solo space to hang out. Willow always gets compliments on her cut & bandana. Prices are in line with area costs and totally worth it!
