She didn't move any chairs around to get under things or under any rugs. There was no heavy lifting that would have taken this long. In my opinion she had enough time to do what was asked of her. It shouldn't take 2 hours to clean the floor and do 2 bathrooms. I can do all that within an hour. I think bc it's an hourly service vs. a project service they take advantage. My regular maid cab deep clean my house by herself in 4 hours! I can do all of that in much shorter time. I use a vacuum and my mop kit. I want ti like them. And use them again. She showed up by herself, with her husband driving her and sitting in the car, light equipment, and texted me 1 hour later that she is all done. I came back and none of the cleaning I requested was done. I wipe surfaces and it shows a lot of dust which is exactly what I told her to clean. It was getting dark and she was getting aggressive demanding money. I sent her the money to make her go away and I was going to call the police if she did not. Later, she said she won't actually come back to clean the house and make it right, because I already paid her; She gloated about this, saying that I can't do anything about it because I paid her already. Her attitude was very entitled and her tone was that she did me a favor. Her pricing was higher than a 6 person crew that came to clean a house twice the size, that showed up with a lot of supplies, and spent 7 hours deep cleaning.
