Pros: -contacted me right away when I was looking for cleaners. -gave me hope since I was already stressed out and I was having last minute guests Cons: -poor communication on the day of appointment -scheduling overlap on their end and last minute cancelation -intrusive on personal business -caused more stress instead of help -They could've communicated that they can't do it on time so I could've reached out to other businesses who can accomodate me better. -I tried to work it out with them. When I posted the review, they even tried to call me about it. So I blocked them. I have evidence of the text messages. -It just made me more angry because my time was wasted and it was too late to look for another cleaning company. I am sorry if my earlier review was too emotional. There's a reason behind it. I was promised a time. They didn't stick with it. That's the point. I wish they could've communicated better. I wish they were honest in the first place that they can't do it at the negotiated time frame that I ,as a customer, requested when they agreed to do it... so the negative review could've not been posted. I could've gone with some other cleaning business who could accomodate me on time. I wish them well. I know they are nice people for sure. It just didn't work out with me. read more

Very unprofessional! They don't keep there word on there pricing and they won't clean your house according to what you agreed with them! On her first service she tried to accuse us of not paying her, only because we were working and wanted to check her work beforehand! I don't recommend this company! So me and my family just bought a new house and we hired her to do a move in clean. She promised to clean the things that she would clean and barely cleaned anything. I gave her detailed instructions on what to clean and she barely did it. She left dirty rags in kitchen sink, left soap container on the floor opened , she had no care for my house. She said the shutters suddenly broke like it was the shudders fault that it broke and it was still DIRTY. She kept over promising that she would clean the things that i told her, MIND YOU she was there for 10 HOURS and there was barely anything cleaned. After the 10 hours she sent in videos via text. The videos were not detailed at all, it's like she didn't want to fully show that she didn't clean what i asked her to. Nonetheless, I payed her and gave her a tip. When i got over to my house i found out she did a half cleaned job and it felt very rushed when she had 10 HOURS to clean the house. I called her a second time to come back again to finish the job, gave her detailed instructions and she just straight up didn't do it.
