I haven't been to a nail salon in years and decided to treat myself after doing some rough yard projects for the last few months. I have natural nails but they're damaged, a dip manicure was suggested when I made my appointment & I agreed. I checked out a bunch of pics & vids so I knew what to expect. Well this was far from expectations & a huge disappointment. Nicole I believe, she's just terrible. I had a badly broken nail and I asked her to put a wrap on it, she told me I didn't need one and went ahead with the manicure. My cuticles were never touched once, there wasn't a drop of lotion to be found, and the manicure came out so thick & uneven it looked like I had ski mogels across every nail. Then she tried to tell me that's just what dip manicure's look like - a quick look at the Internet will tell you that's a lie. I was there for over an hour and a 1/2. At one point she walked away and started working with her next client who showed up 15 minutes early for her appointment, she didn't come back to me for 20 minutes I just sat there & steamed. Now she had no idea where she had left off with me and so I swear to you, some of my nails have 3 layers of top coat and some of them have 5, And she refiled them all taking another quarter of an inch of length off the nails I told her I was trying to grow out...I told her to stop she just wasn't even listening. So when she wonders why she didn't get a tip, it wasn't just the lousy manicure it was the insanely bad service as well. And it amazes me that I still have the original regular nail polish on my fingers and cuticles after this manicure, how is that even possible woman? ‍ read more

I have been to Nina's before & I know they have a few great nail techs. However this past time I had a man do my nails (I've never had him before) and he wasn't very good at dip nails. All my nails are crooked, I got a French manicure and there's specs of on a bunch of my nails, there's dip residue on my actual skin, overall they look sloppy. I used to go to Emmy & she was great, just be careful of who you have as your tech! read more

Nina and Hannah are the best manicurists and nail technicians in the region and I visit them every time I'm in town. I'm always greeted with a warm smile and a superb customer experience. Their newly opened salon is both beautiful and clean with a fresh modern look and feel. Just know that due to demand they allow visits by appointments only. One of the saddest $60 nail jobs of my life time I've never ever paid $60 for a nail job around here let alone one that looks like this OMG I cannot believe this I just sat there and had two people work on my nails the first one was the owner Nina and she actually made them look like crap before they even started to put anything on them she didn't even put the acrylic all the way down on my nail bed so it looks like I still need a fill in when I just got a new set. Ridiculous I didn't want nails that are a centimeter bigger than mine I want it longer nails for a reason I came to get acrylic nails so I can have longer Nails not so you can make them the same size almost as my original nails and then torture me in the process it's so not right the way that my fingers hurt do to them especially the guy Nail Tech that got put on my nails after nina's appointment came in. I spend so much on my nails that I have to wait now until I get more money to be able to get these ugly things fixed I knew I should have never trusted this place but there's a couple of pictures online that shows that it was a good place to go they are lie they must be copy and paste because if the owner does Nails in this kind of way because she is the last one to touch my nails cuz I did ask for someone to fix them because the shape look like I had jelly beans on my fingers they still do but now they have a little bit of shape to them but like I told her they still look like crap and I wasted my money I wish there was a way to take them back LOL but I can't cuz they're stuck on my fingers. When am I going to ever find a place that does Good Nails around Westminster Maryland it's ridiculous out here there is no place at all that can do acrylic nails anymore. Does anyone know of any cuz I haven't found one yet and I've been to multiple places around Westminster either the people are ignorant and the nails turned out crappie or the nails just turn out crappy I can pay $30 at my good old friends Danny and Linda at the townmall of Westminster and they will take care of me and my nails will turn out way better than I just had them turn out that's sad read more
