The next day I received a call that from a gentleman from Citron saying I had "denied" the charge with my credit card company and I needed to come back in and pay for my nails. Of course I DENIED that I had denied the charge and the gentleman, understandably, seemed annoyed. I told him I'd call my CC company and figure it out what was going on. I called my CC company and sure enough, they had no record that I denied the charge and, in fact, the charge had already successfully gone thru. So I called Citron back. I spoke with another gentleman who adamantly denied calling me. I explained what happened and he said "oh well I don't see any issues now the charge is fine." ZERO apologies from anyone, they all just seemed annoyed and defensive. I hate nothing more than being accused of something I didn't do and then given NO apology. Unfortunately, there a several other salons just as good that will get my business now.
