This is one of the first salons that I have been to where they remember my name and care about my nail care. The salon is clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, I'm not super regular about getting my nails done here otherwise what happened maybe wouldn't have. I got my nails done and all was well. The next day I received a call that from a gentleman from Citron saying I had "denied" the charge with my credit card company and I needed to come back in and pay for my nails. Of course I DENIED that I had denied the charge and the gentleman, understandably, seemed annoyed. I told him I'd call my CC company and figure it out what was going on. I called my CC company and sure enough, they had no record that I denied the charge and, in fact, the charge had already successfully gone thru. So I called Citron back. I spoke with another gentleman who adamantly denied calling me. I explained what happened and he said "oh well I don't see any issues now the charge is fine." ZERO apologies from anyone, they all just seemed annoyed and defensive. I hate nothing more than being accused of something I didn't do and then given NO apology. Unfortunately, there a several other salons just as good that will get my business now.

The place was very clean and it was very relaxing - even though my massage chair didn't work, I felt great! It was very calming and peaceful with a great ambiance. The prices were similar to other places around, but this was the best experience I've had getting my nails done. Very kind staff, easy to schedule appointments, and all around a great experience. I came in for a spray tan and unfortunately ended up with noticeably orange hands. It's been 10+…read moreyears since I got a spray tan, so when the tan was on my hands at the salon, I assumed that was how it was supposed to be until I got home and saw it was getting way too dark, and some parts of my hands were still pale where the tanner didn't go. The employee never had me clean/wipe my hands off during or after the procedure. Additionally, the inside of my calves appears to be missed but that is much easier to fix at home than other areas that were too dark. I called the salon the next day for advice, and was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. I ended up having to spend more money than the original service just trying to fix it on my own (Both in tanning my calves and in trying to erase the tan on my hands), all while preparing to be part of a wedding party the next day. I understand that mistakes can happen, no service is perfect. But how a business responds to those mistakes is what really matters. Being ignored after reaching out for help was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. A simple call back could have gone a long way in making me feel appreciated and less alone in the situation.

I also left with gross white stuff stuck to the underneath of my nails because the tech put nail glue on the underside (I've never had anyone do this before, I have no clue why she did this).
