Despite having appointments, I waited 30+ minutes to get service. My mother's nails were completely done by the time they got started on me. The service was rushed and sloppy but still took over an hour somehow?? Nails are thick, uneven, and misshapen. The edges flare out like duck nails. I asked for square. I asked for french tip regular polish but was given gel. I sad I wanted regular polish and they argued with me, stating gel was better. read more

Mother's Day for my 71 year old mother, who raised six children including an adopted child, was absolutely ruined by this salon. I brought my mother here for manicures and pedicures expecting a relaxing and special experience, fully prepared to spend whatever was needed. Instead, this became one of the worst salon experiences I have had in over 20 years of getting my nails done. The problems started immediately during my mother's upgraded pedicure. Her pedicure chair water jet did not work and the foot liner was half on and half off. I clearly told the gentleman doing her service not to massage her legs because she recently had a medical procedure that makes her bruise easily, yet I later looked over and saw him actively massaging scrub into her legs anyway. I had to stop him myself and spent the rest of my own pedicure watching him closely instead of relaxing. He also almost skipped properly using the scrub on her feet after only applying it to one leg before beginning the massage. I had to remind him. He never performed the callus remover treatment included in the upgraded package even after I politely mentioned it, and he had a bloody cut on his hand without wearing gloves. Then came the hot stone add on. The menu listed hot stones as a $7 add on, but I was charged $10 instead. It is not about the $3 difference. It is about dishonesty and lack of professionalism. When I asked for hot stones only on the bottom of my mother's feet, the employee tried convincing me to buy the $80 pedicure instead. Things became even worse during my mother's manicure. She was given the wrong polish color, two fingers were cut badly enough to bleed, polish was left all over her skin, the nails were uneven and unfinished looking, and the technician did not even apply a clear top coat! My mother later told me the technician spent the appointment huffing, puffing, rushing, and acting irritated with her the entire time on Mother's Day. The saddest part is that I asked THREE separate times for the manicure menu and did not receive it until her manicure was basically over, so I never even had the chance to upgrade her service. When I tried getting help regarding her manicure, I had to ask multiple employees before anyone assisted us. The young employee who finally came over tried gaslighting both me and my mother by claiming she was not bleeding and that it was "old red nail polish." My mother had previously been wearing a light pearl pink polish, not red. And even if it HAD been old polish, why would leftover red polish still be sitting on your client's fingers after a fresh manicure? Instead of apologizing, this employee loudly accused me in front of the salon of "overreacting." No, I was reacting appropriately to terrible service and blatant disrespect toward my elderly mother on Mother's Day. At that point, I told my mother to get her things because we were leaving. I explained that the "fixing" services were not needed and that I would not pay for the terrible manicure she received. That same employee then threatened to remove the polish entirely from my mother's nails. A man then randomly came from the back of the salon screaming at me about raising my voice while he and the nail tech were shouting at me themselves. In the end, I paid $120 for two pedicures, despite the dishonest hot stone up charge, simply because I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I have never experienced such poor customer service, chaos, or disrespect in a salon. Only one woman at the very end (possibly the owner or manager) apologized. I will never return and will absolutely warn others not to go here. read more

Great service and friendly staff! Brian gives an amazing leg massage and wanted to make sure I was comfortable the entire pedicure.

They will ask you upon entering if you want regular or gel for your manicure/fill but then the owner will brow beat you in getting gel! So wierd, I guess they were too cheap to buy the sets like every other place has. I asked how much for regular fill and the guy had no idea, right then I knew when it came time to get polished tina would be telling me why gel is better. (Ive given in once before) But I don't like gel and said no thanks regular, I was told they wouldn't do regular!! Cause people complain, for years before gel we all got regular wth they talking about. I stuck to my guns because they offered regular!! I said do you not have regular polish? Then was told to go elsewhere for the polish lol like wth if you only want to do gel dont offer regular. Every other place has the boxed sets, so something tells me they don't want to carry every color in regular and gel..again then don't offer it and then when it's time to paint make your customer seem like a bad guy! Lady before Me said she wanted regular because it was just to see color for up coming wedding 2 times she says this. Tina ignores her and says "I do gel its better". A friend after me wanted regular but got gel. So then I went to another place who ofcourse offered both, and showed me how bad my nails were actually done, so thick. Tina expected me to pay for my fill after them making a spectacle out of me, saying I'm going want money back if not shiny so go somewhere else, lucky for me the guy said to go. If your not going to listen to your customers you won't have any. I have never complained to them, or about them and was always a good customer when I needed nails, but her insistence on using gel is ridiculous! All the good nail techs are gone...go elsewhere. read more

My acrylic nail broke and I needed to get it fixed before work one night. I asked one of the nail techs if they could do a design from Pinterest. She said they could, so I showed her the photo. The result was not even close. My nails looked better before I walked in. $40 down the drain. I won't be back. read more

I have been all over Westminster searching for the right nail salon and time after time I find myself coming back here. The owner always remembers me which makes me feel special. All of the prices are extremely reasonable ($37 all together for French full set and eyebrow wax) $23 for a gel fill. The salon isn't anything fancy but it's clean and the staff are all very friendly. Love this place! read more

Long wait for a not very clean salon. Cheap off brand polish. Workers spoke limited English. Got gel polish on nails. Lasted 5 days before it began to peel off. Went back to have them fix. Told the lady that did them wasn't there and I'd have to wait. After 30 minutes I left and found a better salon. read more
