There was a bit of a wait for the latte as they get very busy with coffee orders on a Saturday morning, but once I tried it the coffee was definitely worth the wait. I looked at what I could get for the kiddies. I saw an alligator claw, sling shot and wooden gun shape rubber band shooter but I feared he might use it on his sister so I bought a safe tic tac toe board with pieces for him. Imagine our surprise when we arrived to our destination and someone noticed mold growing on BOTH sides of the loaf. Mind you, this was a $15.99 loaf of bread with an expiration date of 5/27/26. Trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt, I called before disputing the charge. After speaking with the manager, the employee came back on the line to tell me they wouldn't reimburse me because they "checked the lot" and apparently all the other loaves were fine. Interesting logic considering the moldy loaf was sitting right in front of us. We offered receipts and photos as proof and they didn't even want to see them. So instead of customer service, accountability, or basic concern for selling moldy food, they chose denial. For a place charging nearly $16 for bread, you'd think quality and customer care would matter a little more. Save your money unless mold is part of your meal plan.

But large enough to get the job of filling coffee and tea cups done! The Starbucks itself looks a little cramped due to the many cases they have filled with items to buy. It does not make the area look very neat. But they have taken COVID precautions. This I always appreciate! I ordered a venti iced green tea with no water(if you order no water then they do not add extra water to your tea), light ice, 2 pumps of liquid cane, and light peach juice. This is my regular order at any Starbucks I go to. The barista who took my order was very friendly. She listened and wrote my order correctly on my cup. I made sure to pay attention since this was my first time at this particular Starbucks. The male barista who made my order did not pay attention to what was written on my cup. I did not watch him make my drink. I was talking to my friend while he was. When he handed me my drink I asked him if it was no water, light peach juice, & 2 pumps liquid cane only. He confirmed that. So I took my tea and thanked him. He thanked me for coming to Starbucks too. Starbucks has a policy that if you taste your drink and you don't like it they will remake your drink. No questions asked. But due to COVID I didn't want to take off my mask to try it in store. Once I got to the car and tried my drink I was disappointed. There was a lot of peach juice & definitely more than 2 pumps of liquid cane syrup. And water had clearly been added. But this was my first experience at this Starbucks. I'm hoping that maybe this barista was just having a moment and was distracted. I like to give everyone the benefit of doubt the first time. I would suggest paying attention to when your drink is being made when ordering at this particular Starbucks. And taste your drink before leaving the store.
