Got a call back per my request first thing Monday a.m. Person that returned my call (eek, can't remember her name!) was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, helpful, & understanding of working with elderly customers. Technician Jerry arrived at my mother's house within 30 minutes & we could not have had a better technician. Jerry was friendly, efficient, did not try to hard sell or up sell us on anything (as happens with so many businesses), gave us factual options & quotes, and was even pleasant about working with a furnace that was in a very inconvenient location (a crawlspace!) I highly recommend this business & its technicians for everyone and especially for elderly customers. All to often elderly people are taken advantage of by technicians and businesses because they may not see, hear or understand things very well. Air Control is an honest and reliable business and I would not hesitate to have my mother deal with them directly.

My husband & father in law were able to figure out the Capacitor was bad. Since we already had the appointment scheduled, we called Air Control again to cancel the appointment and asked if they had a Capacitor we could purchase from them. They advised they do not sell parts. My mother in law spoke with a few different people and they agreed to let us just buy the Capacitor we needed to fix the issue ourselves. Air Control went way above and beyond, going against their normal protocol so we could save money on a service call that would have ended up costing a few hundred dollars. We're so appreciative they were willing to work with us and will definitely go through them again for any of our servicing needs! We will for sure be recommending them to family & friends!

This delayed our desire project by at least 6 weeks, as we then had to call out a difference electrician to start the entire process over.
