A massive upgrade from what was previously another indoor playground (#2), the interior has an excellent layout that allows for folks to pick and choose their own adventure. The staff is extremely diligent about keeping the place spotless and the bathrooms are very clean (#3). For the babies and toddlers of the world, there is lots of room to run around, climb mini structures, and indulge in a ballpit. The soft matte floor space makes falls and spills seem like an afterthought. For slightly older ones, there is a ninja adventure space on the other side, which allows for obstacles galore while burning lots of energy. It's the liveliest area and is a good reminder that everyone should be wearing grip socks. (#4) For adults, they have an entire cafe area that has table seating, free WiFi, charging ports, and a full menu of hot food items and drinks. I sat with others over caffeinated drinks, snacks, and good conversation. The last thing I thought I'd be doing at an indoor playground was indulging on a peanut butter mocha latte, matcha, chicken tenders, pizza, and mac and cheese. Additional food options included salads, açaí bowls, smoothies, and bento boxes. For party planners, they have private rooms with tiered packages that are all much more involved than other similar spots. I was impressed with the balloon garland, customized panel backdrop, and full service with foods with setup and clean up. I'm most impressed with this since it really takes the guesswork out for busy families trying to plan special events. Some folks may not be fond of the prices ($24 for open play, $59-89 for monthly memberships, and $375-750 for party packages) and the weekend crowds, but it is a premium service that is not common with most indoor playgrounds. I never thought I'd say I'd be interested in attending a child's party, but this venue was impressive enough for me to want every party to be here (#5). I'll be armed with a laptop, thirsty for some drinks, and enjoying the energy around the room, and a robust staff that keeps things orderly and clean. Instead, I felt singled out and racially profiled by both employees and others in the facility. My child is larger than average for their age, but that does not give anyone the right to question whether my 3-year-old "belongs" there. My child was also recently diagnosed with autism, so as a parent, I am already navigating a lot and learning how to advocate for my child. What was most upsetting was seeing how differently another parent was treated compared to me. Every family deserves to be treated with the same respect and dignity. I came here expecting a fun experience for my child, and instead we left feeling uncomfortable and excluded. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how families are being approached and treated. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope no other family has to feel the way we did.

The room itself was also hot and humid, which made it uncomfortable for both the kids and adults. I had to ask about the a/c and they told me i could open the other party room next door to let some air in. The party host also seemed unprepared and a bit clueless. At one point, she was awkwardly stacking pizzas in one hand and passing them out in a way that left guests staring. She even forgot about the piñata until I reminded her, and instead of letting the kids enjoy breaking it open, she started ripping the box apart herself. It completely took away from the experience. To make matters worse, the food came out burnt, and we were missing items we had ordered. For the amount paid, I expected a much smoother, more professional experience. Unfortunately, I would not book another party here. It definitely was not worth it for me.

The employees took care of everything: Passing out pizza, cutting the cake, gathering the kids for a group photo. I felt like it was very well organized. It has been around forever and always a good time. The staff here is young kids so pack your patience as they get easily distracted, especially when their friends are there. My son grew up on this place. I still strap up and have no shame in sniping the youngsters in the arena. The arena has 4 levels is a whopping 13,000 square feet. It's a great way to get a good cardio workout in too. Pricing here is very fair and they have unlimited play options on certain days and times. They also have arcade games and a laser maze challenge. I skip that activity as my body isn't as limber as when I was younger. If you're looking for a fun, interactive and physical activity, I highly suggest trying out Laserzone.

It seems like there are only 2 young staff members working at a time unless it is a short window for a shift change. Lasertag Games are every 20 minutes so it may take 15 minutes for a staff member to come out to the front desk to check you in or start a laser maze game for you. They don't teach you anything unless you ask and even then they don't give you much. Parents not playing can go inside the first Lasertag room to help suit up kiddos. The maze lasts less than a minute for my little kids but is fun. There's a lot to learn on your own in the tag game- shoot certain targets in the maze, shoot opponents, team up/ strategize- 10 year old boy heaven. The multi level room allows for a lot of strategy. Some games are as individuals and some are as teams (not fairly divided. Maybe 4 against 12). There's a screen in the lobby that allows parents to see how their kids are advancing in % accuracy and overall points. A lot of parents play too. I was a little worried about a couple of 5 and 6 year olds but they had no problems. Bring quarters if you want to play a few arcade games or the little candy/toy vending machines. They sell little packaged snacks and drinks but no real food. Overall, kids loved it and we will be back when the kids need a prize or celebration for something.

I brought my three kids in for a trial class, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't what we had…read morehoped for. As newcomers to the facility, it was difficult to settle in because there was a lot of noise and distraction--many kids were yelling, not listening, and playing around in a way that made it hard for others to stay focused. The overall lack of cooperation among the kids made it challenging for my own children to engage and follow along. On top of that, the coaching could have been more clear and direct. During the obstacle course, instructions weren't always well communicated, which left me stepping in to guide my kids myself so they could participate properly. One positive note was Coach Aiden, who seemed to genuinely understand how to guide the kids and was especially helpful with my son, who felt overwhelmed during the session. I really appreciated the support he gave in helping him settle and participate. Unfortunately, once that support wasn't present and the class returned to a more chaotic and loud environment, my son became overwhelmed again and struggled to continue participating. I can see potential in the program, but a stronger structure, clearer coaching, and better overall group management would make a big difference for new families, like mine, trying to join KidStrong.

Obviously there is only so much playing kids between 1 y.o. - 5 y.o. in our group can do before they need a nap. All the employees were great to work with.
