Won't be back. Manager (chubby goth chick wit cross tat on her face) refused to replace a faulty vaporizer from a new company (one she sold me just the day prior). Device clearly faulty. Burning my throat pretty bad with barely any vapor. Manager talked to me like I didn't know the difference between types of concentrates, acted like I had the "wrong airflow settings" hahaha (there are only two, high and low and neither is a "wrong" setting). Watched her and worker laughing in the corner while observing the device. She thought I was some noob to smoking. Said she had the same device and could take it no problem. She'd never be able to hit this device without hacking her lungs up. Nor would any worker there or anyone thinks they got lungs. Also, the worker at the bay next to me (big black bro with dreads) was stumbling all over the place. I witnessed the customer he was dealing with have to point out where the products were for him cuz he didn't know what he was looking at. After that customer left, he tells the next customer how he been hungover puking all day from partying night before. That customer had to help him too. He tripped twice. Shid is a mess here yall. F this place don't go. read more

They treat their staff so poorly. That manager Serena is truly not a good person. I was in there as a customer of course and the things she was saying, talking down on her staff right where customers could hear too.. not a good look on anyone. Personally I will not be back. read more

some of the deals are great as far as pricing. But the people there have a lot to be desired as far as customer service. They stand around chatting with the customer sometimes two or three employees chatting at a time not even caring that there's seven people in line waiting they just go on and on chatting with their customers laughing, With no concern whatsoever with how many people were waiting in line there's a lot better places to go like GreenPharms read more

Negative 10 out of 10 Stars this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary not only did you not give me a first-time buyer's bonus it was my birthday week and I didn't get that I got treated like a nobody treated like s*** my husband who is with me however got all the free stuff all the bonuses so you guys can piss off with those two God damn free joints because I will never be back to any Nirvana cannabis anywhere in the country you guys are awful and I hope that each one of you has a birthday just as awful as mine you guys were the straw that broke the camel's back and I urge everyone to just drive past these people just a couple miles to Phoenix and find any other God damn dispensary because you will absolutely get treated better. read more

Sadly, due to one employee- Ray, I will no longer be spending my hard-earned money at this dispensary. I have been a loyal customer here in AJ as well as in Prescott Valley for several years. Never, have I encountered a bud tender so cocky and disrespectful to me. Brandy will always be the best. Unfortunately, the staff to include her will be just a memory after my recent experience. All the staff are polite and helpful. I'm usually after the cheap pre-roll but will settle with flower sometimes, usually when it's the better deal. And sometimes when I don't have as much money for the better deal, they find something that I can afford and keeps me happy. Thank all of you. P.S. This is by far my favorite dispensary. Literally everyone staffed has so much knowledge and are more than happy to answer questions. Im timid with trying new strains but each associate I've connected with has listened and made excellent suggestions. The vibe is always so chill and sometimes they have vendors outside for you to support and connect with. Nirvana Center Apache Junction is amazing! The staff there are welcoming; you just feel the stress sliding off of you as soon as you walk into the dispensary. They always have good deals on cannabis like now they have five of the Every day prerolls for $12 which is $2.40 apiece and they have some with very high THC.!!
