I had a cart that was bad brought it back with my receipt and got a new one. Was easy. Didn't have any push back or 20 questions. He simply tested it and it was a dud. Been shopping there since it opened and this has only happened once so pretty happy with them. My only complaint was there high end pre rolls besides the jeeters. Are always dry. The Nirvana dispensary in Prescott Valley is my favorite one to go to in arizona. They have great prices awesome staff and generally just seem to be having a decent time being decent to each other and their customers . Only thing that would make it looks like better is if they took credit cards or debit cards for their sales. I want to shout out to the security guards are pretty cool as well. read more

Their website never reflects what they have in store and if you order something they dont have, they dont even let you know until you go to pick it up, making you change your order and wasting time.
