My puppy likes the chicken and Chinese vegetables

Their food is fantastic. So good that I probably eat there 3 to 4 times a week. I especially like their lunch menu. It's very delicious and reasonably priced. And the owner Xiao is a sweetheart. I'm trying to learn Mandarin Chinese so I can speak to her in her native language. Keep up the great work,

I love Ni's Express! They have some of the best General T'so chicken in the area. The chicken pieces are just the right size with a bit of crunch, the sauce is actually spicy and it always tastes fresh. Unlike a lot of other local Chinese places, the chicken is never soggy either and I've ordered from here multiple times. Always ready fast within 5-10 mins. Love their broccoli and fried rice too. The girls working there are always super nice too, never had any problems with customer service. In my opinion, the best place in Parma for Chinese food!

They deliver which is a plus since not many Chinese restaurants in the area do. Delivery took about an hour though and I only live 5 minutes away. It wasn't a big deal for me since I wasn't in a rush to eat but this might bother some people. The food arrived warm (not hot) and everything was correct with our order. Everything was packaged nicely. The prices were very reasonable and cheaper than other similar restaurants nearby. The rice is yellow rice. I liked that the chicken was cut into smaller pieces. I would have preferred the general tso's chicken to be a little spicier but maybe that's my fault for not asking. Overall we would definitely order from here again!

Altogether, it was quite a decent amount for 3 ppl, we ended up taking back leftovers. The lamb kebabs were great, perfectly tender and well seasoned without being too salty. I can totally see why the eggplant is recommended by other yelpers--it has a light crisp on the outside, not too mushy. The other dishes, Kung pao chicken and salt and pepper fish also were well seasoned and also lightly crispy. While it's probably not the healthiest with the crispy fried texture, I think they were worth the taste, and I appreciate the addition of a few veggies in both dishes. Hard to pick a favorite since they were all good, but if I had to choose, would recommend ordering the kebabs and the eggplant. Service was decent, and the food came out pretty fast. Parking readily available as there's a parking lot outside. Definitely will consider coming back, and maybe even trying their takeout.

I have been coming to this restaurant in many variations, owners and names, but it still remains consistently delicious and authentic. The decor is so moms, non existent really, there are menu pictures on the wall, Payne Avenue is always under construction or lacking enough storefronts but I will always come home to eat. The egg drop soup, I know it's simple, but it's full of yolk and large pieces of egg, especially if you hit it with white pepper for an extra punch. The beef with spicy green beans are full of flavor, tender and the best I town. The pan fried noodles, tonight we ordered 2 different variations, veggie full of s variety of mushrooms and the seafood full of Chinese broccoli l, shrimp, scallops and garlic, the perfect consistency of crunchy with a little bit of saucy noodles. Authentic as can be as far as aesthetics, service, and food. The pork buns may be some of the best I've had and on par with anything better. The texture was perfect moist, soft, and airy. The pork did not deviate from well done traditional dim sum and there was no surprise flavor alteration. The pork was sliced, not scrappings, well cooked, and fresh. The wonton soup was good, I've had better, but really good. The chicken low mein was good, I've had better, but it shouldn't disappoint you at all! The dumplings had a great flavor profile with a welcoming hint of ginger. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food look no further!

There was one particular time dinning here when the service was terrible, our wait time was egregiously long, and to top it off, the staff were really rude to my parents (the nicest, calmest people). That self-induced ban lasted almost 2 decades and I came back in 2022 at the invitation of my daughter's friend's family. The place was SWARMING and we had to wait for our table. There is free parking but it's limited and usually full up on the weekend. Cart service was quick but I had to go over to the dessert ones to get them to come to our table. Offerings were pretty standard and thankfully, the taste was overall pretty good. Nothing was cold, everything was steaming hot. Wish they had a few more items to select from. The restaurant space should be expanded by now since they are so popular. It's impossible to walk around with all the big tables and people squeezed together. Afterwards, I bought all the kids boba smoothies from their bar in the corner (smart thing to have apart from the dim sum). They upped their prices over the years but portions are the same. Still more affordable than Lao Sichuan in Pinecrest but not impressed with the auto 18% added to the bill (because...weekends?). Cleveland needs more dim sum options! I have dined here for dinner once upon a time as well and I remember the dishes being pretty good and authentic but those memories are from circa 1999-2000 so back in ancient times.
