We've been to Red Wind Casino many times, and we really love this casino! It's become one of our favorite places to go for a fun night out, especially since it's only about 20 minutes from home. It makes for an easy date night or a fun night out with friends. One of my favorite things is the non-smoking side. You can barely tell there's smoking anywhere in the building, which makes such a difference when you're spending several hours there. They have a great variety of games, and I love that they're constantly rotating them, so there's always something new and exciting to try. The bartenders are also great! The girls at the bar are quick, friendly, and do a good job keeping up, even when it's busy. The food is decent. I wouldn't say it's the main reason we come here, but everything we've had has been good and edible. My favorite is the deli because they have some of the best deals, and being able to use our casino points to pay for food is always a huge plus! The fancier restaurant is decent too, but it's not really my favorite since the menu leans more toward seafood and other things I don't typically eat. That said, whenever we go with friends, I can always find something I enjoy. The valet service is great, too. I also appreciate that the valet is located on the non-smoking side, which makes getting in and out really convenient. I like that they check IDs when you come in as well. It adds an extra level of security and helps keep the casino a safe environment. Overall, we've always had a great time at Red Wind. We love having a casino this close to home, and it's definitely one of our go-to spots when we want to get out, play some games, grab a drink or bite to eat, and have a fun night together! read more

Re-visited the place today with a friend. We had a nice lunch in the Deli, then my bud went off to play a machine and I went to the sports lounge. I proceeded to watch a bunch of foreigners chase a ball up and down a big green field. I had to try and stay awake, those chairs are so comfy. When that "entertainment" was over, I went to find my friend. He was at the same machine he started on and after all that time, he was ahead nearly $400! I said "come one, let's skedaddle before the house gets its money back", so we did! Overall it was a nice experience. PS After we left my friend gave me $100 for taking him there! read more

Quite an interesting casino. They only machines, no tables. They do have big parking structure right not to the entrance. There is both smoking and no smoking section. There are several restaurants/fast foods joints/bars throughout the casino. It's not big but spacious and well heightening which helps to feel open spaces. There is a shop at the entrance and staff here are nice and friendly. Plenty of different types of games and seats are quite comfortable. Fun place and reminded me that there are a lot of senior folks here. read more

We decided to give this casino another chance, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. Within ten minutes of sitting down at a game, we were approached and harassed by someone from the "gaming commission." She accused us of smoking pot in the parking lot, even though my boyfriend was clearly smoking a cigarette. He had briefly handed it to me while he adjusted his wallet, and then I handed it back to him. Despite him showing her the actual cigarette carton in his hand, she insisted we were passing a blunt back and forth in the parking lot. She even went as far as telling us we'd now be on a "federal watch list" and warned that if it happened again, we'd be in trouble. When we asked for any sort of evidence behind this accusation, none was provided. Instead, she just took down our ID information and issued a "verbal warning." The worst part? We were sitting in the smoking section when she approached us. Which was at least ten minutes after we had already came in, got drinks and found a game to play on. Meanwhile, my boyfriend was smoking a cigarette. Give me a break. After reading other reviews, it seems we're not the only ones--others have reported being accused of things like this, including while they simply order drinks there. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. We will never return and will be sharing our experience with anyone who asks. Absolutely ridiculous. If this is how they treat paying customers, maybe the real gamble here isn't at the tables or machines -- it's walking through the front door. Again, we will not be back. read more

Went there recently, and had a good time. I love to play the craps table. I just want to say how great the staff is. Those guys and gals really work hard to make the environment enjoyable. I was disappointed to see most of the slot machines have been upgraded to the progressive/super progressive machines. I'm not a big slot person, but if I'm having a tuff go @ craps I like to play a little slots. The progressive machines are too expensive for my taste, but like I said, I can't knock it. A lot of the regulars that used to play craps are no longer around, but it's still a hoot to play. I'm hoping Redwind considers bringing in a couple bubble craps machines. I'm leaning more towards that option myself, and it's a bit of a bummer having to travel farther. Anyway, just my two cents. read more

The associates are very friendly, greeted nicely upon entering. The smoking section probably should be avoided, so many smokers. Offers great freeplays and points to use towards food. A lot of sketchy people, more so than other casinos, so be aware. I don't think the slots are tighter than anywhere else, I'm not aware of the tribal casinos being able to cut off payouts. Bathrooms are clean, and overall the casino is well kept. I guess my only issue is the clientele, and you can't blame the casino for that. read more

When I went to cash it, they said they made a mistake and that it should have been a 7 out of 10. This casino was reviewed in a travel book as rv friendly, but is no longer amenable to overnight stays ( no hotel here). There is no rv parking across the street, nor are there any parking spots here for anything larger than a travel van. They should post a sign ( similar to the convenience store across the street as shown in attached picture) that overnight parking is not available. After spending money on meals and gambling at this establishment, it was no fun being rousted out of the parking lot at 4:00 am in April 2024 11! We could have saved the travel time and spent our money elsewhere. However, the employees are friendly and it IS a nice property. read more

I'm normally not a casino type of guy but the wife wanted to stop in so we did and I headed to the bar immediately while she played some slots. The atmosphere was pretty chill, for a casino anyway, and service was super friendly as well. The beer is fairly cheap as well as their mixed drinks. Didn't get to try any of the food but from the smells wafting through the bar from the kitchen leads me to believe their food is good! A real casino in the middle of nowhere. I came here because mom wanted to get some tribal souvenirs. The gift shop had sparkly, bedazzled items but nothing authentic, which I understand. The espresso place at the gift store had Blue Bunny ice cream and served me up a big scoop of cotton candy and it was crazy good. This is an old fashioned casino withers the cigarette smoke makes the air acrid, but they also have a smoke free section. I liked how the parking structure had premiere spaces for tribal leaders. Good on them for showing respect to their leaders. I like this place but i don't gamble so I didn't have a lot of fun, but still I'm impressed by the property. I went into the casino with my brother whom I was visiting now mind you I am 57 years old. I went into the casino. I did not have my drivers license because I had lost my entire wallet. I went through Washington state and got a temporary ID and I had a picture of my ID on my phone and asked if I could come into the casino. They told me no it was not in their policy I said I've been to other casinos with this temporary ID and this picture ID that I have on my phone and they allowed me I would be allowed in, but if I did win a jackpot, I would have to leave my money at the casino until I can produce my original ID that is not their policy here the gentleman was nice, but he would not let me in mind you ID is only to prove your age and for who you are not to have a physical ID but to prove your age obviously my age is 57 my address in current Washington state drivers license number and everything was also on my temporary ID as well as my drivers license picture that I had on my phone but I was still not allowed in. My wife and I went to the Red Wind Casino on 7-22-23. I wish I gad something good to say about this place other than the Casino is well lighted inside. The Deli food was mediocre. I played Blackjack. First dealer was a male and was friencly enough. The second dealer, a female, was maybe the worst I've incountered in my 20 plus years of playing Blackjacck. Her english was broken at best and with a face mask on. She couldn't count well. The worst pary was she continued to ask why I was so far away from home. I had to tell her to stop talking about it.
