I'm normally not a casino type of guy but the wife wanted to stop in so we did and I headed to the bar immediately while she played some slots. The atmosphere was pretty chill, for a casino anyway, and service was super friendly as well. The beer is fairly cheap as well as their mixed drinks. Didn't get to try any of the food but from the smells wafting through the bar from the kitchen leads me to believe their food is good! I must definitely come back and try it as we already had lunch spot in mind. If you ever find yourself in the area and have some money to blow definitely come check them out!

This casino was reviewed in a travel book as rv friendly, but is no longer amenable to overnight stays ( no hotel here). There is no rv parking across the street, nor are there any parking spots here for anything larger than a travel van. They should post a sign ( similar to the convenience store across the street as shown in attached picture) that overnight parking is not available. After spending money on meals and gambling at this establishment, it was no fun being rousted out of the parking lot at 4:00 am in April 2024 11! We could have saved the travel time and spent our money elsewhere. However, the employees are friendly and it IS a nice property.

My mushroom/swiss w/ lettuce wrap, came with salad as option. Very nicely plated & tasty! $14

Casino very large offering both adequate smoking & nonsmoking gaming areas. Everything looked pretty clean. Nice variety of some older slots with a lot of newer ones we hadn't seen. Only wish they had a hotel by now. Had lunch in deli, nice large menu, average prices. Discount for 55+ yrs. old. Wish they offered better incentives/comps. on kiosk. Nice place weve enjoyed few times over the years. We frequent Emerald Queen both locations often due to perks and hotel.

Because this precious time was wasted the thug who picked up my ticket was long gone. I was upset that these casinos wouldn't work with each other in regards to facing this thiefs picture out to other casinos and perhaps they would stop him at the door and recover my funds. But Lucky Eagle did nothing like that. And although it was my fault the casino wouldn't have been out anything by offering some kind of help so that the hit I experienced wouldn't have been so painful and the fact they wasted so much time before even looking at the tape. But my problem with all of the above is the fact I received a comment from Mandi asking me to reach out to her to discuss the issues I had encountered. I did as she asked and have now called twice, left messages on an answering machine and have had zero response from anyone in that department. And although I have curbed my spending at this casino doesn't mean I don't deserve a return call. So this has just added fuel to the flame. I drive from Tacoma and pass a lot of casinos to go to Lucky Eagle. But that doesn't mean I'm not finding other establishments that appreciate me and enjoy the fact I've been coming back to their place. The Lucky Eagle has been getting less and less of my business for a reason.

We went down to the lobby to request extra blankets and pillows and were told housekeeping would bring them, but no one ever showed. The bed sheets were very thin and offered little warmth, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The pull-out couch bed was hard and appeared dirty, and overall the room felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. We stay in hotels often, and this was one of the first times we seriously considered leaving due to discomfort. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep, which was disappointing, especially given our expectations for a suite. Bring a blanket maybe if you come. I will say the pillows were comfortable though!

As for the gaming side, it just wasn't great for us. My husband usually has decent luck at places like Emerald Queen and Muckleshoot, but here he didn't win anything on the slot machines. He tried a few pull tabs and walked away with $7 total, which obviously isn't much. I personally wasn't interested in the slots at all. The main reason we came was because I wanted to try bingo for the first time. My only reference point was honestly TV and movies, so keep that in mind. I was pretty surprised by the overall experience. A lot of the people playing bingo were... unfriendly. Some looked like they'd been there all day, and one woman literally glared at me every time I got up to get a drink or use the bathroom, which was uncomfortable -- especially since she was seated right near the drink station on the top floor. What shocked me the most was how quiet it was. Like, library-level quiet. My friends and I felt like we couldn't even talk to each other and ended up texting instead. People were shushing others around us, which made the whole thing feel tense. The bingo session itself was also very long. I did get a lot of reading done on my phone, though -- if I ever came back to play bingo again, I'd definitely bring a book and order food immediately so I had something to snack on. I didn't win anything at bingo. My husband did win, but he had to split it with three other people, so the payout was minimal. The staff at the front counter when you first walk in was super nice, and that stood out. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff just kind of felt like they were there to hang out rather than actively help or engage. Overall, the place has a bit of a weird vibe. It was an interesting experience, but with so many other casinos in the area, this wouldn't be my first choice to return to.

We ordered both the same Olympic Burgers, one with bacon and onion and cheese, and one without. Cole slaw and Potato salad for each of us. The hamburger was fabulous, an excellent burger. The tower rooms are very conveniently attached to the casino and easy to get back-and-forth to your room. If you stay in a Resort Room, that building is not attached and you have to walk through the parking lot to get to the casino. I would say that that's the only downfall during the winter time of staying over there. But that is where the pool is so it just depends on what you're looking for at your stay. I have no complaints about the room, very clean and nice decor. My husband wished there was room service for breakfast the next morning but that is not available. I also wish they had valet parking. There is not nearly enough parking in the parking lot so if you don't find parking, you have to park in the parking garage and then walk all the way around back in to the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and the checkout process was easy. The second part of this review is going to be on the service from my work holiday party. The room was beautifully set up and the food was delicious. The staff that were coming around refilling water and taking plates were very attentive and friendly. We really liked Richard. The one employee that we encountered was the bartender assigned to our room. My first encounter from her I thought she was just having a bad day and I let it go. Not welcoming or friendly at all. Not even a smile. But as the night went on people started talking and it seemed everyone was having a not so good encounter from Robyn. She did not ID anyone all night, except my coworker that asked for a mocktail. She was rude to some people and unprofessional to others. It just progressively got worse. Yes the management will be reaching out to the contact they have at the casino to let them know. I was just so taken back about how somebody could go out of their way to be so rude at a fun holiday party. Other than that, the experience was great and I would highly recommend renting an event room there. Is it worth the drive?...yes

Low water pressure, noisy fridge, loose fixtures, not enough outlets. The pool is unusable as it's enclosed in glass and is a 100+ degree humid greenhouse. They also didn't service the room after the first night. Just left a pack of soap, didn't touch anything else. The pricing is way too high for a room that is less nice than a Holiday Inn Express. The casino is not classy. It's all digital and feels more like gas station with carpet. There aren't a lot of hotel options up in the islands but we won't be staying here again, the price point doesn't reflect the amenities.
