Had a great time playing slots, didn't realize they have a craps table. I registered for a rewards card and got $10 in free play credits. That won enough to cover dinner at the seafood and raw bar restaurant. I went in for fresh oysters, but the special for the night was a rack of lamb that sounded excellent. I was not disappointed. The parking structure is a but complicated, I ended up walking around to the front entrance as there are no signs directing you to the parking entrance by the sweets shop. We booked months in advance and had tickets to see the Dobbies and Santana at the amphitheater 7.5 miles away. Check in was 4pm for the hotel. We got there around 5:30 and no room ready. The said they would call us when it was ready. The concert started at 7pm. Still no rooms at 6:15 so we had to get ready and change clothes on the casino restroom...as were many others. We called a LYFT to take us the 7miles so we wouldn't have to deal with parking. The traffic was sooo bad it took us 2.5HOURS to go 7.5 miles. We missed the Doobies, had no idea how to find our seats, so we stood by the stairs and watched about 10 min of Santana until security said we couldn't stand there. We just said screw it and called a LYFT to go back. Meanwhile ..no call, text or email from Muckleshoot telling us our room was ready. Luckily, it was, but we had to have someone find our luggage from the bell boy storage and the finally got to our room! What chaotic mess! The only plus is the room was very nice but feel like we should have received some kind of comp for dinner or something since we had to dress and get ready in the casino restroom! Christmas buffet 12/25/2025 Check in was swift and accurate. One of the host who took our payment was cold and did not want to engage. Very robotic not personable and cut me off in mid sentence when asked questions "I just take the payment questions go to the podium". Host who sat us was friendly welcoming and wished us a happy holiday. Waitstaff came quickly to take drink orders very prompt friendly and offered suggestions on the special holiday cocktails. We asked for coffee she pointed to to coffee bar but was happy to bring it to our table. We opt to get it ourselves. Food: bean casserole was okay. The gravy, not sure if that's what you call it, was much like glue little or no flavour. Much like a paste. Mash potatoes excellent. Turkey was dry and some swimming in water did not see any dressing. Ham also the same did have a nice flavour but switching in water. Salmon had an extremely fowl smell. Mentioned to a staff member and they agreed and swiftly removed from the line up Peel and eat shrimp cold and plentiful Deserts bread pudding dry and the sauce was depleted we asked for more it never came. I went to the casino tonight. I go through the ID scan at the door and everything is fine. Then, I said "have a good day" to the security guard and I head off. He starts popping off and telling me to come back. He starts insisting that I said, "You should die." And I tell him that's an awful thing to say to a another human being, that I absolutely didn't say that, I tell him I am Sorry of that's what he heard, but that's not what I said. He continued to insist that I said this and told me I was being denied entry and banned for 24 hours. He was also cussing and was very unprofessional. Maybe he was having a bad day? I don't know, we all have them. Even so, this is absolutely horrid customer service. So, I left and went in the main door and asked to speak to the supervisor. I did and basically he told me that he understood perspective, but he has to go with "what his people say because he has to work with them every day." I tell him I understand that perspective as well, but it's still absolutely horrid customer service. I'm sure his worker believes he heard what he thinks he heard, that he probably hears all sorts of complaints everyday. But none of that has anything to do with me. He was absolutely mistaken about what he thinks he heard. I was treated very poorly. Why would any reasonable person say something that out of pocket? It's absolutely ridiculous. Why should the security guard escalate the situation when the customer politely says they are sorry the person heard what they think they heard, but that's not what was said. I said, "Have a good day" WHY? Unfortunately, I've been here several times prior and this type of behavior and complete unprofessional treatment of guests is not a unique situation. I've witnessed others having to deal with rude customer service. Once, for instance, I was in the line waiting to get a players card and the person in front of me in line was very polite, but she was telling the person at the players club desk about a rude interaction she had with a slot attendant who did a hand pay. The players club representative said, "If you don't like it, you can leave our casino and our land!!! Next!!!" This was beyond rude and dismissive. The customer was not being rude, she was just sharing her concerns with the players club representative about how she felt she was mistreated. I've seen other examples of poor customer service and instances where instead of taking the customers concerns to heart, they told them that of they don't like it, they can leave. It's a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, It's a beautiful facility that's absolutely mismanaged. I've heard the Hotel side is better with customer service , but I can't speak to that personally. There are plenty of other casinos in the area. If you're from out of town and looking for a casino to stay at, I'd suggest Snoqualmie Casino and Angel of The Winds Casino. There are many in the area that have far superior customer service. If I were you, Of go there instead of here if you're planning a trip. instead of here. Avoid this place like the plague unless you like being treated poorly. If that the case, you'll love it here! This place has had customers die from stabbings and shooting in the past. Cautionary tale: My son found a play slip on the casino floor with a few cents on it. He put it in a slot machine and added his own play slip worth $67.00. An attendant saw this and immediately confiscated the ENTIRE amount. She said he should have known not to use a play slip he found and when he combined it with his own money he forfeited the whole thing. Unlike the Emerald queen where I seem to encounter misogyny at their sports book. Maria Keeps me informed of fun events to attend and helps with dinner reservations at Eight. If you haven't been there, it's definity the best Chinese food outside of Chinatown in Seattle. Maria is friendly, communicative and makes us feel like we are welcomed there, The only reason we won't give it an extra star is because the valet parking is SO SLOW. I stayed in the hotel for two nights while visiting Auburn. I would recommend doing valet parking because the parking garage is cramped, full, and a little bit sketchy feeling. Also, if you park in the garage, you have to wonder from the back of the casino before you can get to the desk to check in. This usually wouldn't be a terrible thing, except it is inconvenient when security at the door wants to go through your luggage/bag before you can enter. I feel like there has to be a better process here. The staff was all friendly enough, and the room was new feeling and well cleaned. I was very impressed with bed and shower and overall condition of the hotel. The rate was pretty affordable in the area. Being close to Tacoma and Seattle, you aren't always sure what you will get, but the Muckleshoot seemed nicer than what you would expect for the rest of Auburn. read more

I come to Muckleshoots often to watch the live band and it's free admission. One star tonight for being Accused of bringing outside drinks and pouring into my water cup. Security pulled me to the side after the 2nd break for band Rumor 6 tonight at the Galaxy Club. I was putting on my coat to leave. The waitress asked if I needed anything. She ignored me the entire 2.5 hrs I was there. She told security that she thought my bottle was filled with alcohol. Again she did not bother to come see me during the whole evening too. I still had my water cup with ice and had him smell it. I said I first I got a bottle of water from the bar on the right of the entrance. Then I said I got a water cup on the bar on the left. I told him I brought candy to eat which was fine. Plus I yelled at him that I don't drink. He apologizes. It's the first time this ever happened to me here after coming here for many years. My last visit a couple of weeks ago, I did buy an OJ and soda from the bar. Also I asked one gal earlier that there were no more cups at the Soda station. I also nought a salmon dinner at their Bingo Hall before entering the main casino to go dancing. So I spent some money here. Other times I play slots. I'm not a heavy gambler. I will return to watch bands here even though I hate the smoke that you have to pass through in order to get to. the Galaxy Club. I come here since there are hardly any other Top 40 or Rock clubs near by. There is one venue in Downtown Renton. Nothing that I know of in Tukwila near the Mall. In Auburn there is a Chinese Casino in Dtown that probably have free bands but I don't see any marketing announcements on Facebook from them. This review is for the valet service at muckleshoot casino. Went in to have dinner for my birthday May 3 and play on the machines. Apparently they were paging me but I didn't hear them as I was in the "8" restaurant. The valet guy ruined my tire. Took my car and ran into a curb. Ruined my tire and the rim. Muckleshoot tried to say they will buy a spare and put it on so I can drive home. Absolutely not! They even said I'd get compensation like a free meal or something ‍. I had to Uber home and paid that bill almost $100. Then I had to contact them to see about my car as I left it there. Finally got a hold of someone Saturday (the next day) and got the car towed to the dealership for repairs. The dealership had to replace all 4 tires as it's AWD, an alignment and then found more damage. How fast was this guy driving!!! It's now June 1st, still no car and still no update from Muckleshoot. I had to call the dealership myself to see what was going on. They said Muckleshoot was working with them. The rental I am in doesn't even fit my family! Such a huge inconvenience caused by someone else and here I am waiting to hear back. Horrible way to remember a birthday! At $52 each person plus tip, I was expecting a quality meal. Three adults and there were only a couple items we liked. Pie and ice cream were good. All else not much taste, shrimp were mushy, food was cold, torte and other items dry. How can you mess up turkey dinner? Very disappointed. Long wait also to get in and people were tired of waiting. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER Service. While I was checking in today, they were having problems with their machine and they charge me four separate times for the $50 incidental deposit. She had the worst attitude of all time. I come to this casino very often, and when I complained that they kept charging my card over and over, she threatened to get security involved. This place is solid. We prefer to come here over EQC for the ambiance, vibes of the security is welcoming, waitresses are super kind and the dealers are usually a hoot. Also prices on alcohol isn't too bad either. The cleaners do a good job it's clean anytime I visit. I always see them around whether on the floor or cleaning in the restrooms. They have small gift shop on site, restaurants and bars throughout. A great sized parking garage and they are in the process of completing their hotel side. So excited! There is a non-smoking and smoking side but the tables usually open on the smoking side first when it's slow. As much money that people spend here!! 30 extra minutes will cost you an Extra 50 bucks! It was also very nasty the way the desk clearly said it. It was rude & condescending. Wow, this place sure has changed over the years. I had it been here in over 8 years. They have really updated the place. The hotel is almost built too. The slots are ok. I did see one lady win $11k on an $8.80 bet. Not me tho. I did win a little bit of my money back that I had donated at The Lucky Eager before I got there so that was nice. The place is huge and you can kind of get lost and the realize that you just walked around in a complete circle. Located a few minutes east of major Hwy 167, it's not too far out of the way if you need a diversion in tge south Seattle suburbs.
