I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair, and this guy kept my phone the entire day without even fixing it. When I asked for my phone back, he actually refused to give it back to me. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, his attitude was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Every time I asked what was going on, I got excuses and what felt like nothing but lies. The way he treated me as a customer was ridiculous. If you value your phone, your time, and your money, stay far away from this place. There was zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero accountability. I honestly don't understand how a business can operate like this. This place needs to seriously reconsider how it treats customers.
