    I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this computer shop and its manager. We initially brought in my husband's PC because the monitor would go black on startup. The manager diagnosed it as a broken motherboard and charged us $390 to fix it, claiming it came with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved. When we returned the PC, he kept giving us the runaround, suggesting additional upgrades like a new graphics card and increasing the RAM from 16GB to 32GB. We paid another $670 for those upgrades, along with reinstalling Windows 11--only for the same problem to continue happening. On top of that, the service was extremely unprofessional. Every time we were told the device would be ready, it never was. We would show up and be told to wait an hour, which would turn into several hours, or be told to come back the next day--only for it still not to be ready. This happened repeatedly. When I expressed frustration after waiting days, he dismissed my concerns and said he had customers waiting for months, which is completely unacceptable. The shop environment itself is chaotic. He frequently speaks inappropriately about unrelated topics instead of focusing on the work, and even makes offensive comments about different groups of people. He also asks customers to do favors for him, like testing TVs or computers, which is not professional at all. In another incident, I brought in a working PS5 to sell. Without my permission or payment, he took it apart for parts. It took over a week--and my brother stepping in--for me to finally get paid. The same thing happened when I returned a monitor I had purchased from him; he said returns were allowed, but it still took a week to get my money back. He often takes devices apart, gives a quote, fails to fix them, and then moves on to the next customer, repeating the same cycle. My husband's PC was left in pieces, and parts like screws were lost--he even had to take screws from other machines to try to reassemble it. When my husband finally asked him to just put it back together so we could take it elsewhere, he said it wasn't his problem if he didn't know how'd to put it back together. To make matters worse, despite multiple requests, he has never provided receipts for the money we paid. He constantly says he'll send them "tomorrow" or have them ready next time, but never follows through. Overall, this has been a costly and stressful experience. We lost a significant amount of money and time dealing with someone who is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.

    They finally called me back after and Venmo'd me the funds for the computer. funds They took my computer and told me they'd give me a quote. They never followed up. I called them again and they said they'd call me back and did not call me back. Will gladly update the review once I am given funds for the computer or the computer is returned.

    This shop has been around for years. Had to take my my old lap top because battery issues. Very knowledgeable owner. Fixed in 4 hrs.

When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.
