Needless to say, we are ecstatic to have connected with him because it's always great to have a local electrician nearby that can be trusted to provide great services AND who is available to work within a reasonable timeline! Having already met with a bunch of other electricians (whose estimates were unreasonable, whose schedules weren't actually "open," or who simply never responded to us when we reached out or followed up), we found Jason to be a "cut above the rest!". Jason has always greeted us with friendliness and great professionalism. He is a focused worker who also shows patience with inquisitive customers (like me!) I have oftentimes spoken to him while he has been working; he never makes us feel like we are "interrupting;" he openly explains the different aspects of the labor involved with the job and is able to chat and work simultaneously while still being extremely productive! We have welcomed him into our home on several occasions. On his first visit, he installed wiring and mounts for two large (65" and 75") televisions, including the installation of new quad outlets to accommodate the (future) addition of a soundbar. Most recently, he helped us to "say goodbye" to some old, ugly ceiling mounted light fixtures and installed new, wifi-enabled ceiling fans in their place(s). We absolutely love that Jason, since he lives locally, has been available to help us with our projects: within days of our initial call! Lastly, because Jason is fully licensed, he willingly to provided me with a copy of his license as well as a copy of his proof of insurance ("Certificate of Insurance") when I asked for this information. The fact that Jason shared this information so willingly (and without any awkward hesitation) gave us great peace of mind as new homeowners. We wholeheartedly recommend Jason; he truly is an amazing person who offers fair, reasonable prices for his labor and expertise. Additionally, he has always been respectful of our home and cleans up after he works. He even offers to take off his shoes and/or brings "booties" to ensure that people's homes are respected! At the end of each service, he provides the customer with an itemized "paid" receipt, which is sent to the email of your choice! But unfortunately I never got the estimate this owner claims. I did actually call and I was told "we're working on it and will have the estimate to you within the next week" - this was 2 weeks after the estimate was supposed to be emailed to me. Fortunately I did find wonderful contractors who did actually come to my house twice, once for the initial consultation and once more to double check the ascetics before finalizing the estimate- this other company I ended up hiring and was very happy. The job was $47,000 and this other company did a beautiful job.

I gave my deposit and then was called several weeks later and said they could not do the job for that amount due to the rise in prices during COVID. The prices had already gone up when I was given the estimate, so I didn't understand why the sudden change. I think they realized that the estimate was on the low side. They will be sending me back my deposit, putting it in the mail tomorrow morning. I just don't think this is good business. And even if they came back and said they would do the job for the original estimate I still would not go with this company. All comments are welcome. Eddie the guy that gave me the estimate called me this morning and apologized for the mistake. Due to the COVID issues, which is like Eddie said is no ones fault everything has gone up tremendously. Even though I have never had work done by this company, I am giving it 5 stars for the Honesty. Another reason why I changed my star rating was because of customer service on the part of Eddie. It was very nice for him to take the time out to call me, and that did mean a lot. I'm just disappointed because at this point I have to put my work off till the spring.
