They always make sure to check in if the price of your repair is high and give you options so in case you don't have to do everything at once then you can space it out. They also provide their services at reasonable prices. As a woman, I hate going into car shops and feeling like I'm going to be spoken down to or taken advantage of, thankfully I have NEVER had that experience here. I took my car to John's Auto after my car was leaking anti-freeze. All I did was ask him to…read morereplace the hoses that were leaking. I dropped the car off in the morning, it was running fine (I had just driven it to Baltimore and back four weeks in a row). At 4:00 when I hadn't heard from him that it was done (he indicated it would be done by 6:00) I called to see the progress. He told me he was looking to adjust the idle which I told him I didn't want him to do (the car was running fine for the last 70,000 miles which I drove it). I had a rental car so I was in no hurry to get the vehicle. I called Friday to see if the car was done. He (John) indicated the car was done and he had called and left message. He did not, I have not messages on home phone or my cell phone. (First lie). When I went to pick up my car, I paid. I left and the car had no power (acceleration and stalled). When I immediately took the car back to tell him his attitude was like he couldn't care less. He said he did not adjust the idle or anything else that would affect the car's performance. The leak has been fixed but now the car is not drivable. When I asked him to fix it he claimed it had come in that way. (Second lie). It had not. I now have to take my car to my other mechanic to see if he can undo what his shop has done. I hope it can be fixed. I don't recommend anyone ever use his shop for repairs.

This Minuteman Press on West Trenton Avenue, Morrisville, PA, came through in the clutch for me…read morerecently. I needed an attachment to existing signs for the upcoming local elections that reminded people to vote for all the candidates on November 7th. I needed them in two weeks in time to be attached before distribution 30 days before Election Day. We discussed how this could be done, and came up with a simple plan for a two-sided airboard sign that could be affixed to the original lawn signs with two way tape. They even made a mock up of what it would look like before I left their facility. It was exactly what was needed. I picked them up yesterday. They look great. The right size, with room at the bottom to attach to the base signs. They even provided the two way tape and demonstrated how it should be done. As a final courtesy, the manager carried the box out to my car so I wouldn't get my suit dirty. Prices can be higher than the online printing services that do huge quantities with months of lead time. But, to be able to get exactly what was needed, with time to spare, and with obvious concern for our purposes, and a desire to get it right, made the experience especially positive. They will no doubt be seeing me again.

The guy is a bottom feeder. When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.

I called AAA (3 times but that's another review). Once I was in contact with Hacketts, things seemed to improve. They were in constant communication via text and phone. You could actually see where the driver is at any moment via maps. I believe the operators name was Nick (not sure). The Bad: As I said previously " Nick" was nice. Upon picking up my car from the mechanic I noticed my arm rest was broken. Asked the mechanic and he said it was that way when he got it to replace the starter motor. I then called Hacketts. Spoke to guy named Rich or Rick. He said he'd talk to the driver and get back to me. Of course " Nick" denied breaking my arm rest. Now Nick is a BIG guy, I'd guess over 300lbs. Once He towed the car I should have inspected the inside of my car as well as the outside. Complained to AAA and they will investigate.
