I went back earlier this year to frame two documents. For the first document, they wanted to charge around $500. I took it to Michael's down the road, and had it framed for less than $150 in two weeks. I still left a second document to be frames. They told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks. I called several times after 3 weeks and could never get anyone to pick up the phone. I also sent emails, with now response. I went to the store in person, and it was closed for two days because they needed employee training. After 7 weeks, I finally got someone on the phone. I went back to the store immediately and picked up the document. I will have it framed elsewhere.

She told me they had to relocate to Brenham but could help me. I was able to order my badge on Thursday and it arrived to me Saturday for a very quick turnaround. I realized I was not logged into my account, I did not realize I logged in via FB I think last…read moretime, so good thing - another great rating for this place, so all good for duplicating a stellar service rating!!! 12/26/2020 I called around and found that not many people would engrave a lighter - I googled and found this place and Tony was AWESOME!! A consummate professional. It is a home in Forest Creek area so be aware of that, but he even wore a mask to answer the door when I arrived. It was before Christmas so he said not likely until after Christmas as he was fully booked. Surprise - someone cancelled and he under-promised and over-delivered!! I'll have to add photo later, it's a surprise but he did a wonderful job and it was priced better than any of the other folks I found that could do this job. Excellent customer service and I have my new place for engraving and it's close to home which is even better!!!
