We have been with Dr. Sauza for the last 17 years, and are nothing but thankful and grateful we have him as our dentist. I have three kids, now 17, 15, and 13, and they have all grown up with Dr. Sauza and his amazing staff and we wouldn't have it any other way. They are fabulous, caring, gentle, and detailed, and the communication is terrific. They work hard to schedule my kids consecutively so I only have to make one trip. Some years I have had to call to get a yearly summary for our expenses there, and that comes within the day via email. Their billing employee is efficient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and has been that way for the 14 years I've been a patient. When we were going back between the orthodontist and Dr. Sauza, his staff got us appointments quickly so the kids could have their wires off for cleaning and then get back to the orthodontist for service. When the kids needed a water pik and stronger fluoride options during those braces years, he had the products in the office (at the same price that Costco sold them) so that we could get taken care of right away. I saw that another reviewer did not have the same experience as I have, which is unfortunate. I have only had positive, wonderful experiences with Dr. Sauza. It's such a great place that when my kids were little, I brought one home from the dentist and she told her sister that she just came back from there and the little one came running to me and cried, "How come I didn't get to go to the dentist?" It really is that great.

I actually had first went to Fox Creek Dental where I was quoted a way more expensive plan, so I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Dr. Juan Sauza. From the moment I met their tight group and Juan himself, I immediately felt more comfortable and decided to give them my business; not to mention they offered a much more reasonable price! Everyone here is funny, charismatic, incredibly knowledgable and worked with my ever-changing work schedule perfectly. I began my plan pre-pandemic and considering the amount of work that needed to be done in addition to being compliant with my insurance, I had appointments all throughout 2020 and into 2021. I felt undoubtedly safe as they took every precaution during COVID-19. Ask Juan about his "spaceman helmet" he used during some of those appointments! :) All in all, as my dental work is now completed, everyone here now just feels like family to me. I know I can call them any time if I have questions or need some type of adjustment. Everyone in the office is a joy to be around from the front desk to the back. You can tell everyone is happy to be there and likes what they do. Prior to visiting Dr. Rogge I had some really bad and painful experiences at the dentist, which caused me to skip going for several years, now I would go nowhere else. Cannot believe with this implant I had zero pain...zero, was amazed. Also had a small cavity and filling, that needed no anesthetic, that was a first for me, and zero pain. No, lets go back further...as soon as I got off the phone making the appointment, I should have called back and canceled. These people were too, too nice over the phone and bordered on the edge of irritating with all their questions and a spiel about the office, and then again with a follow up call that was unnecessary. I walked into the office and smelled cookies! WTF!? What dentist has cookies in the waiting room???!!! Along with coffee, sugar, creamer, teas and a bowl of fruit. My intuition told me to walk out and I have kicked myself for not listening! After the intake, I was taken on a tour of the office. That's right folks, a tour. Each chair has a monitor on which to watch a movie while being worked on. Seriously...how can one concentrate on a movie with drilling, prodding and poking going on?! I sure can't. And over here we have a state of the art digital imaging machine...and? But the pièce de résistance was the paraffin wax bath for your hands, souvenir coffee mug, lip balm and pen! Run, run away as fast as you can. My fears were confirmed after I was sold this antibiotic (Arestin) which they inject into your gum pockets. At $40 a pop and no insurance I was fuming mad and $320 in the hole. Not only that, but Arestin is only minimally effective and the hygenists get incentive pay for selling it! I was able to recoup half of that from the practice after much bitching, but I will never go back and will certainly do thorough research on a drug or procedure beforehand. And the dentist? I saw him a total of 5 minutes on the first visit. He checked the xrays and looked at my teeth and told me what needed to be done and that was it. Didn't even have the balls to talk to me about the Arestin!
