I also like to support small businesses and Kristen definitely is a deserving person that I am happy to give my money to. I have tipped her extra EVERY time because she treats me as great as the first time I saw her EVERY time. I wish I could post photos here of my face before and after (even just a couple of months in). I have received so many compliments on my skin it is crazy. I got 6 months of microderm and extractions (diamond facial) back to back with her. I then went to microderm only every other month and extractions only on alternative months. The upkeep is affordable and it really makes a world of difference in my skin. Not only do I know have clearer skin, smaller pores and a "glow", the facials she does is for sure fighting aging, etc. as I am now 25. I can tell my friends faces are changing, but mine is not. Kristen also creates much needed relaxation. Her diamond facial includes the microderm, extractions, facial AND a hand, shoulder and neck massage. So worth it for the money. First let me say this. As a teacher I love streamlined processes. Yessi's intro text messages and answers to my questions were prompt, friendly, informative and professional. The booking process was seamless and filling out the consent forms were all done on my phone. I received clear instructions in advance about how to prep for the procedure (Microshading) as well as what to expect. Even though I'd done the procedure before (about 10 years ago), Yessi went over everything in detail. Her location is very clean and comfortable--a separate business suite within a salon complex. Throughout the process she check on my comfort level and asked if I needed anything. Her numbing gel made the entire procedure pain free because she administered the numbing agent through-out the procedure. Yessi let me see ongoing results as she progressed with the procedure. Upon completion, she gave me post care instructions for cleaning and maintaining my brows healthy until the touch-up in 4-6 weeks. I was given an after-care packet of ointment and cleansing solution etc.)....It was a great experience and I LOVE my results!! Yessi is my new brow tech--she is so knowledgable and you can tell from her spirit/professional demeanor that she loves what she does and does what she loves very well. I had a vision in my head and brought a few photos, but couldn't quite put it into words. Somehow, Georgette got it... and gave me more than I even knew to ask for. JUST LOOK AT THIS!! The night prior to my appointment I was notified by Georgette that the credit card on file needed to be updated I get nervous with these profiles as I've had my credit card information stolen but I was happy to do this so that she could feel comfortable knowing that I it was a legitimate customer who is going to pay for her services. After doing so she proceeded to ask me several questions almost as if it was a consultation mind you it's 9:45 at night. I am not text messaging someone back-and-forth about an appointment that was booked weeks in advance this is very unprofessional and it tells me that she was unprepared. I went along and I answered her questions I even sent pictures per her request of my hair texture and what my hair goals were. After that there was no other reply I went to bed and went on with my morning the next day I arrived early for my appointment and there was no information regarding where to locate her actual place of business I was able to find it with the help of another location in the shopping plaza. When I entered 15 minutes before noon I was greeted by a gentleman who also works in the same suites and I was told that I could wait for her arrival. At 12:08 PM I started to get concerned that she was not responding to my text messages nor has she arrived yet. I waited 15 more minutes I called her phone and I left several messages again no reply. At this point it is now 1230 and I have wasted my time she's extremely late and or something may have happened I always give the benefit of the doubt and never jump to conclusions.
