After the appointment, I experienced a severe allergic reaction, including significant swelling around my eyes and face. I had to seek urgent medical care and was unable to work or comfortably be in public for several days due to the reaction. The situation has been very difficult, and I am still following up with medical specialists, including an eye doctor and allergy care. It has also resulted in unexpected medical expenses and a lot of stress. The following day, I returned to the business to ask for assistance and a refund, but I was not offered help, including cleaning of my eyes or any refund, despite explaining my situation. I am sharing this experience so others are aware and can make informed decisions about patch testing and safety precautions before receiving lash services here.

She unfortunately was extremely scissor happy and thinned my brows to the thinnest point they've ever been in my life (I have very very thick Brows). I also received a brow lamination service for context. When I was handed the mirror, I was extremely displeased with the way my brows looked, and in the nicest way possible when they said that the service was gonna be $120 at the checkout I expressed that I was uncomfortable paying that when I liked absolutely nothing about my Brows. My technician went to get what I'm assuming is the owner of the establishment and she said that my Brows didn't look thin and I showed her pictures of what my brows typically look like and it seemed as if she understood. She said that she was only willing to discount the threading service, but it's ridiculous to pay $120 for a service that you are completely unhappy and dissatisfied with. I did not get loud with her or have a snarky tone. I remained respectful throughout and initially complimented their establishment and the technician for her great energy, this was simply a matter of a customer receiving an unsatisfactory service.... Unfortunately, because the owner was so rude and dismissive and unwilling to accommodate me in a reasonable way I just went ahead and paid the $120. you could tell that she was taking it personal, which you absolutely shouldn't do in business and I say this as a business owner myself. Sadly I can say this with my whole heart: that was the worst money I've ever spent in my life.
